Is it me, or does the name of this beer and the artwork kind of remind you of a Dr. Seuss book? The only real difference here is that instead of this beer coming with zummers, floob-boober-bab-boober-bubs, thnadners, or humpf-humpf-a-dumpfers, it just comes with crisp and delicious flavors. I have to hand it to Central 28 because every one of their beers so far has instantly transported me to sunny Florida with their delicious flavors and this is no exception. I can see it now. The warm breeze. The powdery sand. The scantily clad women. The abundance of old people and drugs. The dangerous alligators and snakes. Hurricanes. Wait… fuck that! Bring me back to New Jersey! Whew, that was a close one. Anyways, this beer has a great initial mix of orange sweetness and lemon tart before some coriander spice mixes in adding a great depth of flavor before ending with that delicious mango sweetness mixing with wheat to close. Dare I say, but this is probably one of the better wheat beers I’ve tasted so far which says a lot because I’ve sampled my fair share of the style. Just like Chester Greenburg’s tattoo in Dude Where’s My Car, this beer is SAWEEEEEEEEET and it’s fruity additions make this a must try for fans of the style and beer lovers in general. If you are new to craft or just the style, this is a great way to dive in because of it’s amazing flavor and drinkability so hurry up and Go, Man. Go pick up a can of this immediately!
