Remember Stretch Armstrong? Hasbro and Netflix have teamed to bring a new animated series called Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters to life via the streaming service.
The new, kid-friendly series will reimagine the Stretch Armstrong character as Jake Armstrong, a teenage superhero who teams up with his high school friends after they are exposed to experimental chemicals that give them amazing powers. Armstrong, along with Nathan Park AKA Wingspan and Ricardo Perez AKA Omni-Mass, make up a diverse group of heroes known as the Flex Fighters
Hasbro’s Stretch Armstrong Heads to Netflix
Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters will feature a star-studded cast comprised of established voice and live-action actors. Scott Menville (Teen Titans Go!, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) will provide the voice of Stretch Armstrong, with Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead, Okja) playing Nathan Park/Wingspan and Ogie Banks (Ultimate Spider-Man) as Ricardo Perez/Omni-Mass.
