To many, he’s a tallish, unfit man who isn’t funny. From a failed and short-lived career as a stand-up to his failed and short-lived career as a sitcom actor to his failing career as a film writer/director, he disappoints with unparalleled consistency. Richard Ayoade on himself in Ayoade on Ayoade: A Cinematic Odyssey

Ava Morgenstern (Mathews)

I love how Ava Morgenstern started off being portrayed as a bratty little girl that Topanga hated

BUT NOW she is the same strong willed, determined to get her way, isn’t afraid of being disliked, fierce amazon little girl warrior

AND WE GET TO SEE TOPANGA EMBRACE AND SUPPORT THIS young female and NOT TELL HER SHE NEEDS TO BE POLITE OR TO “BE NICE” and all the other bullshit that is taught LESS TO BOYS (who are always given the excuse “BOYS WILL BE BOYS”- obviously this isn’t universal but I’ve had to hear this my share of annoying times)

TOPANGA AND AVA ARE CHALLENGING EXPECTATIONS OF LITTLE GIRLS AND ALLOWING STRONG WILLED GIRLS TO BE SEEN POSITIVELY

and I just love it

Diplophobia- Fear of double vision
The fear of double vision can stem from a variety of things. For some, it develops from an influential person instilling fear, like a parent telling a child double vision is the result of reading without proper lighting. [6] As double vision can be a sign of serious medical conditions like a stroke, brain tumor, or aneurysm, someone who has experienced these complications before may relate double vision to serious illness and succumb to this phobia.
