don't forget about the comedy in it

  • Leo: White chocolate is obviously the superior chocolate.
  • Capricorn: Oh please! Dark chocolate is clearly better!
  • Leo: Dark chocolate is bitter!
  • Capricorn: That's what makes it so perfect! It's like a delicious metaphor for life in your mouth!
  • Leo: I don't want to be thinking about life metaphors while I'm eating chocolate! I'm eating chocolate to forget about life! White chocolate is pure, angelic, and holy!
  • Capricorn: Yeah, well, dark chocolate is the healthiest type of chocolate.
  • Leo: Nothing nutritious is delicious.
  • Libra: *pops their head into the room* Actually, I think milk chocolate is the bes-
  • Capricorn and Leo: Libra, shut the fuck up!
What We Seem to Forget About the Signs
  • Aries: they're really fragile internally, and you really need to handle with care
  • Taurus: they're actually really good at reading people and are very smart, but they keep it in most of the time
  • Gemini: they support you no matter what you do, no matter how many times you change what you want to do, like your own personal cheerleader
  • Cancer: no matter how many times you hurt them, they stick around because they get it and they think they can help you and YOU DON'T DESERVE THEM
  • Leo: they're the type of people to put things back where they belong in the grocery store because they don't want to inconvenience someone
  • Virgo: they're very creative and make some of the best storytellers, and they're definitely not as rigid as people make them out to be
  • Libra: for an air sign, they're also extremely loyal, especially to the people they really care about
  • Scorpio: they just want to have fun and live in a romantic comedy and have a happily ever after but instead the world is a horror movie and it's safer for them to be tough and reserved and suspicious
  • Sagittarius: we seem to forget that you can't mess with them, because their minds are brutally honest and they're a scarily perceptive judge of character
  • Capricorn: they should be dubbed the sexual ones, more so than scorpio, because they're the ones more likely to search for intimacy without an emotional connection
  • Aquarius: they try really hard, all the time, in whatever they do, and they rarely get credit for it; their whole personality is just them trying really hard to hide who they are
  • Pisces: a lot meaner than they're made out to be; not that they're mean in general, but they're meaner than the sweet angels we sometimes see them as

I made a thing of my two favorite brothers. (This is Hank and John Green, you probably know of something they’ve done like Vlogbrothers, John’s books, Hank’s music, Crash Course, Sci Show, VidCon, Dear Hank and John: A Comedy Podcast About Death or countless other things.)

Please do not use my art for anything without my consent.

All of the things I listed above are amazing and if any of you want to check them out hit me up and I’ll get you some links. DFTBA!

(If anyone is interested I might make this into a phone lockscreen or like desktop thing, so yeah)

Oh my god i know right? I was saying to my friend the other day that i would never get bored of watching a show just about their everyday life with no drama in in! I know for sure that i won't be able to deal with Michaels death again or anything slightly depressing at all! I'm gonna die if they don't end up together. They both deserve happiness with each other!!!

right?! i think there’s a whole battalion of fans that would happily and willingly watch a show that was just about their everyday lives. once, wentworth and sarah did an interview back during season two where… i forget what the question was, but they joked that they would have a half hour comedy called michael and sara: panama. and i was like… okay you guys joke but i 100% want that show. i want it to be reality. i would watch the shit out of michael and sara: panama or prison break: puppy break. and there are a bunch of us that feel that way! they do deserve happiness with each other! no more death, no more depression. all we want is them being happy with mike.

how the cast of brooklyn nine nine is #lifegoals to me
  • andy samberg: not only did he achieve his lifelong dream and THEN SOME, he continues to stay humble and respectful of others. he never considers himself better than the people he works with. also he's a feminist so that would already make him #lifegoals by default
  • stephanie beatriz: understands the insecurities women go through and constantly reminds us to stay #woke. we're women, we have pimples, our skins aren't perfect, our nails aren't always did and it doesn't matter what others think of us as long as we're comfortable w/ ourselves, our bodies and what we're doing in life
  • terry crews: acknowledges the mistakes and struggles he's had in the past, doesn't try to forget them, but embraces them and learns to grow from them. also v high key about life, love and equality. so much so that you know /know/ he's being #real with you. when he talks about feminism or the ppl he loves he's p much bursting at the seams with love and it's inspiring
  • chelsea peretti: essentially stomps patriarchy with her bare feet, showing us all that women are great comedians and (to quote samberg) f***ing idiot ass men sometimes don't get it
  • andre braugher: went into comedy because he wanted to learn and grow as an actor. treats playing a homosexual character with the utmost respect it deserves. a good man
  • melissa fumero: embraces her latina heritage (steph too btw) and inspires us to reach for the stars even when the world might seem to be against you. no change will happen if no one musters up the courage to swim against the tide

transparent Alba here sayin hello! >w<

If you really like comedy and cool plots i would advise you to read senyuu. the manga or at least watch the anime (no, but seriously each episode is about 3 minutes long)

The Breakfast Club (1985)
Dir: John Hughes
DOP: Thomas Del Ruth
“You see us a brain, an athlete, a basket case, a princess and a criminal. Correct? That’s the way we saw each other at 7.00 this morning. We were brainwashed.”

  • Him: Is there something wrong?
  • Her: Nope. I'm fine, really. Why do you ask?
  • Him: Because you are not fine. Something's bothering you. You are faking your smiles and trying to hold back tears.
  • Her: How did you know that?
  • Him: Your smile doesn't seem to reach your eyes. You keep on laughing to a joke that was cracked for the nth time that it is not funny for any of our friends anymore. You are struggling to keep pace because the pain that is bothering you is weighing you down. You don't read romance novels anymore and stick to comedy shows. You wanted to forget about the sadness and pain that you cling on to whatever that makes you laugh, even if it's only temporary, even if it is not really that funny. You grab every opportunity to not be alone because you hate that feeling of being by yourself. You feel hollow and empty inside amidst the smiles and the laughs. It's okay to let all the pain out, you know. Cry. Throw on a tantrum. Break things. Shout. Do anything that would help you get rid of the pain that you are bottling inside. You are not alonebregardless how much you think you are. I am here. Just grab onto me. You will be okay.
Don't forget about the OTHER film cancelled because of the Sony hack

With all the media hype over the Seth Rogen and James Franco flick, let’s not forget about the other film with a release that has been cancelled due to the Sony hack.

from BBC:

A film by Steve Carell set in North Korea has been pulled in response to cyber-attacks at Sony Pictures.

It follows the cancelling of comedy film, The Interview, starring Seth Rogen about North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
The high-profile hack, earlier this month, included terrorist threats of 9/11 style attacks on cinemas.

A group called #GOP or the Guardians of Peace has claimed responsibility.

Now, New Regency, the film company behind Steve Carell’s latest film project, has also confirmed it will scrap production.

Carell’s paranoid thriller, called Pyongyang, was about a Westerner’s experiences working in North Korea for a year.
The movie was based on Guy DeLisle’s graphic novel, A Journey in North Korea.

Filming was due to begin in March with Gore Verbinski as director and Steve Conrad (The Secret Life of Walter Mitty) as writer.

Steve Carell voiced his disapproval on Facebook at the news of the film cancellations.

Carell is right, of course. Since when, in this country, do we let the bullies of the world tell us what we can and cannot say or watch. Regardless if the hackers are actually North Korean or just some disgruntled employees, bowing to the bully is a pitiful shame.
