doctor who cosplay

What better time than now to look back on this photo from Emerald City Comicon 2016?  I remembered thinking of @geekenders and the original Portal 2: The (Unauthorized) Musical when I saw these folks walking around.

And less than a year later, I’m a part of things too!

(Plus I really like pictures of me in my Tenth Doctor cosplay…)

30 days of Clara.
Day 25- My best Clara cosplay.
None of them are “best,” but these two are my favourites!

Twelfth Doctor: @theimpossibletimeboy
Eleventh Doctor: Simon Mills

Don’t blink. Don’t even blink. Blink and you’re dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don’t turn your back, don’t look away, and don’t blink!

-Doctor Who

Who is this cosplayer?

She was quite friendly, asked if she could get photos together where she was tugging on my tie and I said sure, as long as I got some too.

Pauli seemed to recognize this female Tenth Doctor when I showed her the photos after we met up again.  But now I’ve forgotten where she might have recognized this person from.

It’s been bugging me since Emerald City Comicon last April.  I ask for no other reason than my own curiosity, and to maybe find another cool cosplayer to follow on social media.  I’m assuming she made the dress herself, and it’s brilliant.

Anyone know who this cosplayer is?

Photos from Gallifrey One!

I just missed Frazer holding the microphone over Prentis Hancock. Katy steals the show in everything she’s in. I’ve got two Dodo photos because you can see Peter Purves walking by in the background in one, which I thought was funny. He kindly took a photo with me later (taken by Katy Manning, no less). The other cosplays are just amazing, including a very handsome Five, Captain Jack in the Box, a Death Robot and Omega (!), a mash-up of Delgado and Gomez Masters by a very fitting cosplayer, and a Menoptera/Doctor/Gel Guard group.

So here she is everybody, my very own TARDIS all hand built by myself took about 3 months and a bit to make but it was well worth all the hard work because she is BEAUTIFUL :D and now officialy ready for loads of new adventures through time and space reliving all of Matt Smith’s adventures from Series 5-7. As my friend said “Whats a Doctor without his TARDIS” Right me and the old girl best be off or as i would say “You know me, stuff to do” thank you for reading and GERONIMO!

“I am Lord Irving Braxiatel. I am the founder of the Braxiatel Collection on the planetoid KS-1159. I am sauve, mysterious and something of a sneaky devil. I hope your time on the Collection is useful. Do enjoy your stay.”

“…And My dear friend Bernice has given me a black eye.”

My Braxiatel cosplay is 90% done! I apologise for the blurry photos but here it is. Really all I need to get is the fobwatch which I have my eye on a few and the sticky on stache which the @thejabberwocki has already got a “stache!” of ;)

I realized I didn’t do a thing I wanted to do!
Cosplays of 2014!

These are only the ones worn out at events and conventions and such!  There were a ton more costumes bought but not used yet so hopefully the cosplays of 2015 post will be bigger and better!  :)
Still a great year though, I might say!

Some photos I took at Gallifrey One this past weekend. I got less than 20 on my camera because it was acting up badly. Need to get a new one, but the few I got were really great. Out of the entire convention, I adored meeting this Twelfth Doctor cosplayer. He was extremely sweet, channeling Peter Capaldi a lot, and someone I enjoyed chatting with about Doctor Who. The first time I met him was as Series 8 standard attire on Saturday. I HATE the way I photograph, and will rarely show myself online, but since I came out looking pretty decent with him, I’ll share here. ;)
