Something this way comes,
The sound of death and drums.
Around the next corner it hides,
Awaiting the storm and turning tides.
The war of humans and beasts has arrived
I am determined to survive.
This Supernatural war to come,
Can you feel it?
Do you hear the war drum?
Please let me know if you have felt this too

(Don’t own anything but the idea. This came to me and I just had to write it. Maybe someday I’ll go into better detail, but this is it for now.)
It is amazing, how one thing can change a life and, in turn, all the lives around it.
Even all the holders of the Sky Mare Ring, with their abilities to see and expect, can’t fully comprehend every single possibility of every single world. As the saying goes, the possibilities are endless.
So when one Sawada Nana takes in her home, which seems much lonelier then it should, and her seven year-old son, who loses the shining happiness in his eyes day by day, she comes to a decision.
It’s time for the holidays; and it’s summer anyway, so why not go to the beach?
The way her Tsu-kun lights up at the words just cement her choices.
Alternate "Orestes Fasting, Pylades Drunk" scene for the Les Mis musical
Grantaire is lying, slumped, on one of the tables, still clutching a bottle at d/s centre. He sings weakly with the same melody as Drink With Me but moved up three semitones to F minor.
R - Drink with me to days gone by
Can it be we dreamed to die?
For the world forgot them, let those men fall
and their deaths mean - Christ, mean nothing at all
Now their lives end where they lie.
Drink with me to what has passed
Drink with me to things that last
Drink to friendship, wine, and death and the law
Here’s to pretty boys who died for their cause -
Enjolras then comes stumbling onto the top of the barricade from u/s left, seemingly unhurt and holding his gun in one hand. Grantaire sits up - he suddenly seems more alive. The song changes to the melody played when Valjean sets Javert free at the barricade.
I am agog, I am aghast.
Who goes there? And what is happening?
He is free! But look who treads behind him
who seeks to shoot and blind him
I cannot let injustice pass
Who knows? I might redeem my past.
Enjolras then turns and notices Grantaire as the National Guard file in from d/s right. Grantaire stumbles to his feet and the song changes to the melody heard in Cosette’s part of Valjean’s Death.
Grantaire, Grantaire! I do not understand!
You’re still alive? I thought you’d gone away.
Go now, run fast, it’s not your time to die
Please God, dear God, spare one of us, I pray.
Grantaire shakes his head and clambers up the barricade to stand beside Enjolras, telling the Guard “I’m with them!” in a loud voice, before singing quietly to Enjolras, swopping back to Javert’s release.
I am yours and always have been yours
I’m a man far worse than any man.
Let me die in the light thrown by your soul
In the knowledge that I’m whole -
Enjolras interrupts with the same tune.
- in the knowledge that we both lived free
take my hand, Grantaire, and die with me.
Grantaire grasps his hand as the National Guard ready their guns silently. Enjolras pulls the flag from the table and holds it aloft, singing loudly.
Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the song of angry men?
It is the music of a people who
will rise and rise again
Do you hear the people sing,
say, do you hear the distant drums?
It is the future that we bring
when tomorrow -
-and shots ring out. Both men fall together, Enjolras over the top of the barricade and Grantaire at his feet.
