Dean’s top 13 Zepp TRA XX

Clearly this label meant to read TRAXX, but as @tinkdw swears, and I am kneeling beside her, the fact that these two Xs are there is so damn heartwarming I don’t even know what to do with myself. Not least because of what Dean says to Mary in 12x01:

“March 23, 1972, you walked out of a movie theatre - “Slaughterhouse-Five” - you loved it. And you bumped into a big Marine and you knocked him flat on his ass. You were embarrassed, and he laughed it off, said you could make it up to him with a cup of coffee. So you went to Mulroney’s and you talked, and he was cute and he knew the words to every Zeppelin song, so when he asked you for your number, you gave it to him. That was the night that you met John Winchester. August 19, 1975, you were married in Reno. Your idea.”

It’s also Dean surreptitiously as ever, flirting with this angel, hoping against hope that Cas will catch on, that he’ll make the first move. An actual move. Dean is a man of action, so words are all well and good, but can be so easily misunderstood. Oh, Cas, Dean put kisses in your truck stereo

Also, Cas, Dean made you a mixtape. HE MADE YOU A MIXTAPE. WITH XXs ON IT. Do you have any idea how long that must have taken him? And how he must have written that label and put the TRA down, and then paused, because he was about to just write TRACKS, but then something clicked and he thought, maybe… TRAX, but then, no, better just write TRACKS. Yes. Clean. Neat. And then he couldn’t fucking stop himself from putting down those two XX anyway, quickly, barely taking the time to reflect on it because that would mean they actually meant something. And now, Cas, you’re going to give him that mixtape back? Not cool, dude. So not cool.

Marvel Teases First 'Black Panther' Footage
Marvel screened a sizzle reel and rough cuts of the film at an event on Monday.

In a sequence that also features Boseman getting in on the action choreography, Martin Freeman (playing Everett Ross, who first appeared in Captain America: Civil War) and Andy Serkis (who made his debut as Ulysses Klaue in Avengers: Age of Ultron) trade one-liners. (“Well, you brought quite the entourage, do you have a mixtape coming out?” “Oh yeah, I’ll actually send you link.”)

Marvel’s Black Panther doesn’t arrive in theaters until February 2018, but the studio unveiled the film’s first footage at a special open house at the company’s Los Angeles offices on Monday night.

IMPORTANT: The footage has not been released yet, but there’s a good chance that Martin will be feature in the first teaser/trailer.

Agust. D ~ Starcast Interview

BTS’ Suga came back as rapper Agust D on August 16th at 12:00 a.m and released his first mix tape under this name via SounCloud.

Wait a moment here, what is a “Mixtape?” It’s a song produced for non-commercial purposes and distributed for free. Since there is no specific review, artists can deliver honest stories without censoring.

Agust D also talked about his autobiographical story. He included his experiences in the lyrics of 10 total songs that he produced by himself.

Agust. D: The mixtape was something I really wanted to put out. I want to properly show the side of me that I wasn’t able to show through BTS’ music.

The concept is “wandering youth.” The story is about Suga who was locked up in the collapsed house escaping after struggling and born again as Agust D.

Agust. D: I produced this song (”Agust D”) in 2011. I came up with the beat at that time. I wanted to show the side of me that was unknown to many people can be seen through the lyrics. It’ll be unfamiliar and different.

In addition, he has extraordinary passion. Agust D made over 60 songs over the last two years. With the featured songs on his mixtape, there are currently about 80 songs.

Agust.D: I think that a person should not idle around if one wants to work on something. Apart from my schedule, I’ll mostly be working in my studio. I’m someone who consistently works on songs and steadily piles them up. That’s my biggest asset. I’m also developing my skills there. That’s why I’m working hard a lot and trying a lot too.

Q: What does Agust D. mean?
Agust. D: Agust. D is Dt Suga when read in reverse. Dt stands for D town, which was the name of the hip hop group that I was in back in Daegu.

Q: Is it (Agust. D) different from BTS’ Suga?
Agust. D: Probably yes? It’s difficult to write BTS’ music with this kind of beat and lyrics. When I go into Agust. D mode, I can express my thoughts more freely.

Q: Looking at the album, It seems that you’ve worked on this for a very long time .
Agust. D: There are songs on from very long ago. There are also songs that I wrote a month ago. Recording emotions/feelings that rise in the memo, working on it, that kind of life has become a repetition.

Q: Your lyrics are very impressive too. The hardships as an idol and a rapper can be felt.
Agust. D: Well, it’s not something great. I am an idol. I will not deny that. At the same time, I’m also a person who creates music. I like hip-hop. I’ve included these thoughts in the mixtape.

Q: Do you have a side that you want to show as Suga?
Agust. D: If I compare it to a color, I want it to be white. No matter which color, I want to be a person who can do well at everything, whether it is as an idol or a rapper.

Q: Lastly, do you have anything you would like to say to your fans?
Agust. D: There are many tracks that are different from the ones I’ve shown you in BTS. There are aggressive songs and also fun songs. Don’t be burdened by them, and just enjoy listening to them. Thank you.

FOR ALL THAT DO NOT KNOW HOW A MIXTAPE WORKS:

Okay so each time I listen to some of Rap Monster’s “RM” or the music videos that they released for it (ie: Do You), I see a surprising amount of people comment “Hey isn’t this plagiarism?! This sounds a lot like __!!!!”

MIXTAPES CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED PLAGIARISM AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IF IT IS DISTRIBUTED FOR SALE!!!

However, mixtapes are ONLY available for free download so it is not doing anything illegal!!

Most mixtapes uses samples from other tracks to create their music and it is completly legal to do so even if you don’t get permission from the original artist!!!
(however it is courtesy to credit the original artist and their work that was used)

Because artists that release mixtapes (at least technically) don’t get any kind of financial benefit from their mixtapes and they aren’t harming the original artist!!

SO IF SUGA’S MIXTAPE HAS SOME SONGS THAT SOUND LIKE OTHER SONGS, IT’S A-OKAY. HE’S NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG, DON’T WORRY AND JUST ENJOY HIS WORK!!!

EDIT: Some of the people that have reblogged this have already drawn attention to this, but I just thought I just add it in here. ALL MIXTAPES SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR FREE. SO IF YOU SEE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A MIXTAPE TO DOWNLOAD DO NOT BELIEVE IN IT. IT IS A SCAM. ALL OF BTS’S MIXTAPES AND OTHER UNOFFICIAL RELEASES ARE AVAILABLE ON THEIR OFFICIAL SOUNDCLOUD AND DOWNLOAD LINKS ARE USUALLY AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE/BLOG
Boyfriend lyrics

this is what I got:

Do you have a boyfriend?
slow motion across the room
Little London jeans
I Search my memory banks for what to do
I recall 80s movie scenes
Breakfast Club
Fast times
I still don’t know what girls like
I’ll take my chances
James Bond
I’ll pull my chute and hope it works right
Oh oh oh oh
Gotta make a good impression
Oh oh oh oh
But I knew the very first second
Oh oh oh oh
I only got one more question
Do you have a boyfriend?
Do-do do you have a boyfriend?
You could be my number one
Mixtape queen
We could have some dirty fun
In my Jurassic park jeep
Dirty dancin’
First kiss
How good is our chemistry
Body language
Breath mints
Watch your lips as they speak to me
Oh oh oh oh
Gotta make a good impression
Oh oh oh oh
But I knew the very first second
Oh oh oh oh
I only got one more question
Do you have a boyfriend?
Do-do-do you have a boyfriend?
Oh and all these vibrations
Must all be flirtation
Without our little information
Oh oh oh oh
Gotta make a good impression
Oh oh oh oh
But I knew the very first second
Oh oh oh oh
I only got one more question (question)
Do you have a boyfriend?
Do-do-do you have a boyfriend?

Lmao Suga's mixtapes are getting more hype than Rapmon's mixtape, that shows who the better rapper is

Suga getting more hype for his mixtape compared to Rapmon statistically makes sense because Rapmon released his mixtape before BTS blew up internationally as a group. So naturally Suga’s mixtapes will garner more views and attention because as a collective group they have gained more fans and therefore a larger audience since then. THAT part I agree with. What I don’t agree with is you using that statistical fact to support your opinion that Suga is a better rapper than Rapmon.

First of all, these two have different lyrical and rapping styles, so why are you even comparing them in the first place. Second of all, your message seems to have a lot of hatred towards Rapmon, and that automatically makes it irrelevant in my opinion. Third of all, Rapmon’s mixtape made it on ‘Spin’s 50 Best Hip-Hop Albums of 2015’ which was voted on by hip hop artists all around the world, so why are you putting him down when his rap skills are respected by artists in an international/global scale. And lastly, Suga and Rapmon have been friends for nearly a decade now, so you putting Rapmon against Suga or vice versa as a means to prove your love and adoration to either of them is just wrong. Imagine what would Suga say to you if he sees you talking shit about one of his best friends like this.

I love your older songs, but I think the experimentation on your mixtape was really great! Do you have a plan for furure style changes in your music?

we will always experiment with music! thats why we started the band. :)

it’s fun doing different projects for different reasons

Anne do you have any expectations for yoongis mixtape? I mean he has been working on this A LOT & ik wtvr he give us would be amazing, but what would you like to see from him?

hello anon~ I actually don’t have any expectations. Mostly because I don’t have much experience with mixtapes anyways. RM is genuinely the first mixtape I really got into and just listened to others right after that. So in general I don’t have any standards to base my expectations on hehe. I’m curious though what beats Suga choose. Also Suga’s rapping style for me has a lot of layers, he has these different types of voices he uses which is awesome. His voice can go really deep that I don’t know where he gets it from he never talks like that hehe~ He also has this grow~ly type of rapping that’s just really sexy.

In short I’m already deceased just thinking about the mixtape ;_;
