do 24

anonymous asked:

My dude, sorry to ask but, what was the name of that one ww2 German plane that could land on water and how effective was it?

You mean the Dornier Do 24?

As effective as the legendary Catalina, and depending on who you ask, even more so, as her hull design allowed her to operated from the roughest of seas, her tree-engine layout gave her great endurance, and her design is so solid, a re-engined plane is still in service to this day!

One hell of a plane, and greatly overlooked due to the nature of her work.

We need more examples of genuinely happy, healthy relationships on TV and in books and in films. No more of this bullshit about how real, epic love is painful and impossible or deadly. Love should not break you! Love should make you stronger.

Anyway don’t think about Sana and Isak sitting in a KB right now, bc they both slacked of doing their project until now which is due after the break, and Isak reaching into his bagpack to get his book and stopping with a surprised but happy look on his face and Sana nudging him and pointing with her chin, asking

And Isak pulling out two little chocolate bunnies, one in violet and one in green wrapping foil, with a drawing taped to one.

The drawing is of two bunnies, one with a snapback and one with a hijab, both frowning at the books in front of them, and one saying ‘A’ while the other one says ’D’.

And above it Even has written “for the best Bio Buddies Bunnies”

She took a shaky breath. The words came like a string of gunshots, rapid-fire, as if she resented the very act of speaking them. I didn’t know if you would come.

Kaz couldn’t blame Van Eck for that. Kaz had built that doubt in her with every cold word and small cruelty. We’re your crew, Inej. We don’t leave our own at the mercy of merch scum.
