Featured in MoCADA’s 2012 show, #NEWSFEED, native South African, Mohau Modisakeng makes his way to BRUNDYN+ in Cape Town for his debut solo exhibition, Ditaola.

Modisakeng’s work reflects race and violence and explores the role it plays and continues to play in colonial, as well as post-colonial African societies through sculpture, video and photography.

If you’re in Cape Town, go check out Modisakeng’s solo show before it closes on July 12. If you’re not in South Africa, you can read all about it in South African news.
