“Mommy, mommy!” Your daughter called out as she ran through the front door, your husband right behind her. She grinned up at you, one of her teeth missing, pure joy written on her face. “Guess what!”

You gasped. “What?”

“Mr. O’ Riley’s wife is having a baby!” She squealed. “They’ve having a boy.” You smiled at how excited she was for her teacher. “When are you going to have another baby?” She asked, tilting her head to the side, making you chuckle. “Gabby’s mommy just had a baby girl. So did John’s mommy.” For a seven year old, she sure was interested in people’s personal lives.

Sam came over and kissed your cheek. “She asked me in the car.”

ive been thinking about gender identity again today.. I still don’t understand how someone can ‘feel’ like a man or woman, because that implies there is some set ‘way’ for a man or woman to feel. Like, are most men’s thoughts encased in an air or masculinity? do girls Exist girlishly?? I just don’t get it.

i never felt “like” a girl because I liked bugs and dinosaurs and smashing rocks. those aren’t stereotypically feminine interests but do they have to be?? liking fashion is not inherently a FEMALE thing… it almost seems like a lot of enforcing of stereotypes goes into gender identity politics but i know nobody’s going to like that sentence

I now see you revere fish as the perfect group of animals Excellent

As a kid fish were actually my favourite animals and I was obsessed with marine life in general (like I was honestly first and foremost a kid interested in fish more so then even dinosaurs, bugs were no. 3 in my critter interests).

I a,ways forget how much I love fish until I hang out with some and remember how much they captivate me.

I have a specific love for West Atlantic/Carribanish species cause I had a bunch of books on them growing up and always see them in Bermuda

A big ass bug/wasp/dinosaur just flew in front of my face and I just threw my phone at it before jumping up to grab the fly swatter from the pantry hook. Now I can’t find the motherfucker… Penny is no help at all.

Hi! me again, we're going to animal kingdom and magic kingdom. sorry to bring this up now but also the harry potter world at orlando. Sorry i know thats a lot. I would really appreciate any recommendations you have! <3

Ooh! Very nice choices. Alright, here’s my personal list:

For Magic Kingdom, the must-sees for animatronics have to be Journey of the Little Mermaid, Country Bear Jamboree, Carousel of Progress, Pirates of the Caribbean, Enchanted Tiki Room, and Splash Mountain. If it’s open, Stitch’s Great Escape also features several gorgeous animatronics, but I’ve heard it’s only open occasionally now, so snag the chance if you can! There’s also Sonny Eclipse in Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe and Enchanted Tales with Belle as side-attractions, both featuring a small amount of incredible animatronics. Try to visit them if you’re able!

For Animal Kingdom, I would recommend It’s Tough to Be a Bug, Dinosaur, and, if possible, the new Na’vi River Journey attraction in Pandora. There’s also the magnificent Yeti on Expedition Everest. However, he is no longer in action and has been reduced to a static figure, as many of us mourn about to this day.

For The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, your best bets are the Gringotts Bank area and the singing shrunken heads in Diagon Alley. There is also a large automaton in the window of Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes.

I hope this helps! Have fun on your trip!
