Happy Birthday to the sweetest, wittiest, the most genuine and bravest person I know. Someone, given the circumstances of being the greatest asshole, insists on revisiting the thought of marrying me in the future when both our situations will be amenable. That as you say, Michelle, we’re long been married, in some alter skies.
What was your mom like during the post-Stephen and pre-Andy era?
That’s not really… fun to talk about. Mom was just sad all the time. Really sad. She was upset a lot when Stephen was around and that wasn’t fun either, but then after he left and she came back home from Europe, she didn’t smile anymore. Sometimes she was just in her study or sitting somewhere in the house, and she wasn’t working, she was just, like, staring into space, and looking like she was gonna cry. It was just a really miserable time for all of us, you know? Because we were upset about everything, and Mom was upset so we didn’t really want to bother her either, so then everyone was just…
It was really terrible.
But it’s okay now. Andy is here now, and Mom is almost always in a good mood, and Andy is just always Andy (and that’s really good).
