Seriously this was so specific that I couldn’t help but share more fun with our reviews:
What did you dislike about your stay?
My wife &I stayed in room xxx. You go to the room yourself and sit on the toilet. It about 2 feet off the floor. One of the worst experiences of my life. so very uncomfortable. How stupid can you be. Go sit on this toilet & e mail me back your findings. Shame on you..
Dude gave us solid 1’s across the board for this, although he rated his experience with the staff at a 9. SMH
I sort of remember this person, and if it was the guy complaining that his wife had hip surgery and they wanted to know if we had a taller toilet. Sure man I’ll just go on down to the toilet storage closet and I’ll brb with that.
The room is a standard room, not an ADA so I don’t know what he expected. How tall or short are toilets supposed to be anyway?
I never forget that Kevin is in foster care but this week I did forget he might not stay forever. The SW was so positive that this relative placement isn’t going to work out that I forgot to not believe things will actually go the way they say it will.
Kevin’s parents, from what I hear, are in complete denial about the TPR. And they see me as just a babysitter. I can kind of understand that, but it also makes it clear that they are very unlikely to voluntarily relinquish Kevin to us.
They think he’s going back to them. They think they have the same relationship they had with him when he went into care at 2 months old. And they think he’s just hanging out at our house until they can pick him up. None of this says these are people who can appropriately weigh their options and choose the way that allows them to keep at least a little contact with Kevin. I see them walking out of the TPR hearing saying they’ll see him on Monday at his next weekly visit.
The way I see it, Prince Lotor could either be a great opportunity for serious drama or just an absolute Team Rocket-style shitty villain, and either way I am 110% ready to see Voltron dropkick him into space.
