Fluffy white clouds mural on Denver office ceiling. The shadows in these photos are horrible (from the plastic sheeting and work lighting) but I faded the edges down much lighter so the center of the ‘tray’ is the darkest/ bluest part of the sky.
Soon to come… tree branches full of leaves around the edges and a few hawks in the sky…. stay tuned
Some more time-lapse of the mural that i’m working on this week. Laying down the colors take a while because I have to keep changing cans and caps for each can of spray paint. Music by @mikeyfreshmusic
Muraled aspen tree silhouettes in a little girl’s nursery. There are both beige and white trees overlapping here which adds dimension. I never did get pictures of this room with the furniture and I regret that. I’m sure it was adorable.
Some mural painting can be very simple… you don’t need to spend thousands to make a huge impact in a room. This room in Denver in one of my all time favorites.
Gold leaf scrollwork in process. The hardest part of this so far was getting the pattern up there perfectly sized and symmetrical. There were lazers involved. Also… using 23K gold leaf is like painting with mist… extra soft mist.
