Things To Remember
It’s as good a time as any for a check in. May has always been a very interesting month for me. I think after 18 years of school, my body and mind have internalized this time of year as a time for change. Then of course there’s the natural side of things. With spring thawing into true summer, everyone is out and about, and it finally feels like all the things I was thinking about in the dead of winter are coming together. But as with everything in life, it’s a process: an ongoing, if also seasonal, process of making goals, working on them, re-evaluating those goals, then making new ones. I try to maintain a pretty rich regimen of introspection and reflection. It’s how I stay focused, manage my emotions, and stay as happy and healthy as possible. I was reading a journal entry I made in April, and I wanted to share with you guys a few things that April Me wants May Me to remember, in no particular order.
