//crashes in here Ok but would Hades show up kinda randomly to his fav son to give advice or something like that making everyone else gape in astonishment cus "wait gods are not supposed to do that??? you're like breaking ALL the rules???" (PJO!vld)

I gotchu buddy. Let’s do this! Because loving Hades is the best.

They were all dining at the pavilion, eating breakfast. Usually, demigods were supposed to sit in their designated tables but that would mean Keith and Shiro would be alone in their own tables. Keith didn’t care about the rules so he invites Shiro to sit with him in the Hades table.

Eating peacefully while trying to get rid of their sleepiness with Shiro nudging Keith from time to time because he looked like he was gonna pass out, suddenly dark shadows and dark smoke appeared in the center and there stood, the tall and mighty Hades in his godly form. Looking regal and ominous as ever. Everyone gasped because it was so rare for a god to visit them, much more one of the Big Three and Hades at that. Gods only appeared when something important was going to happen. So Hades being there in Camp Half Blood was SUCH A BIG DEAL.

Everyone bowed down to Lord Hades (mostly in fear because gods this was The Lord of The Underworld in their presence!) but Hades’ eyes began wandering around the area, until he spots a certain raven haired boy who had his back turned at him. Two boys completely oblivious of their surroundings. Hades crept behind them and tapped Keith. It started the boy, making him jolt forward.

Keith’s eyes widened in surprise. “Dad?! What are you doing here?”

“Can’t I just see how my son’s doing?” Hades smiled as he opened his arms to which Keith immediately stood up to hug his really huge Dad.

Keith shook his head. “It’s just that, it’s too early, y’know? Don’t you have some Underworld stuff to attend to?”

Hades hummed. “That can wait. I left Alecto there to settle some stuff while I visit you.” He spotted Shiro in the table. “I’d like to borrow my son for a while if you don’t mind, Shirogane?”

“Oh! By all means, go ahead, Lord Hades.” Shiro smiled while waving both his hands in front. “It was nice to see you again.”

“You, too, my boy.” Hades nodded. He turned back to Keith, offering his hand. “Let’s go shall we?”

Keith nodded as he took his Dad’s hand and together they walked out of the pavilion. They all could see how animated Keith was talking to Hades and Hades would pat the hand of his son that he held, smiling in amusement at the updates Keith was giving him. As soon as Keith leaned his head towards Hades’ side, shadows enveloped them and the father and son disappeared.

“What the hell just happened?” Pidge asked, like everyone, she just stared at the events unfolding in front of her. She turned towards Shiro and looked at him expectantly. “What just happened?”

Shiro looked around them and they were all staring at him. “Uh, Hades randomly visits Keith? Is that not normal?”

“No, it isn’t.” Allura spoke up as she stood up. “Gods just don’t appear in front of everyone unless something terrible is about to happen.”

“Not necessarily.”

“You seem to be antiquated with Lord Hades, son of Zeus” Allura squinted suspiciously. “What’s your deal?”

Shiro sighed. “I told you, it’s because Lord Hades had been doing that for years. He’s appeared a couple of times before Keith and I even made it here to camp. He’s pretty chill and—”

“Like I said, gods don’t do that,” Allura sneered. “None of our godly parents here have done that. Except in our dreams. The god of the Underworld is breaking a lot of rules. They are not supposed to have contact with their children. It has always been like that.”

Shiro was starting to get irritated. It was true. Hades had been visiting them for years and nothing really terrible has happened. He had even helped them sometime when they were in danger from monsters. “Has it ever occurred to you that maybe, just maybe, Keith is his only son for a while and he’d like to spend time with him?”

“Like I said, gods don’t do that. They’re not supposed to do that. Something is amiss.” Allura looked around.

“Well, Lord Hades is different!” Shiro snapped and suddenly they were all surprised that Hades materialized in front of them with Keith, causing everyone to gasp.

Hades looked at Shiro and smirked. He let go of Keith’s hand and let him walk back towards his table. Hades placed both of his hands behind him and spoke with a looming voice, “If anyone has a problem with me visiting my son, well, I can always speed up your days when we meet in The Underworld.”

Everyone just went white and Hades smirked. Keith rolled his eyes because Dad’s at it again. Hades turned towards him. “Goodbye, my little bat. I’ll see you again soon.” He looked at Shiro. “And you too, son of Zeus. Take good care of my little trouble maker.”

“Dad,” Keith groaned.

Moana Classpect Analysis

First of all, I’m sorry you’re welcome. Contains spoilers!

Moana: Maid of Heart

She starts out with others telling her who she is, and what she’ll grow up to be. Throughout the story, she learns more about herself and her history, (re)discovers her passions, and begins to define her own sense of self.

Not only that, but she rekindles the passion that Maui had lost, and literally restores Te Fiti’s heart as well. She returns home as a fully realized Maid of Heart, establishes her own unique identity by placing the shell on top of the pile of rocks, and leads her village in her own way.

Maui: Knight of Life

He’s effortlessly dominant/powerful, has plenty of energy, and is, to some extent, immortal, being a demigod and all. And yet, despite his success, he’s still insecure about his status. He’s extremely hardworking in order to prove that he’s worthy of life at all, ever since he was rejected by humanity. (And it’s never enough.)

He also literally exploits Life, in that he uses shape-shifting to fight, escape, and deceive. His tattoos may show off his achievement to the rest of the world, but they also convince/remind him that he’s achieved things of value. (Literally, even. His tattoo self acts as moral support.)

Te Fiti: Lord of Life

She actively embodies life itself, and is able to create and manipulate it at will. In the movie’s mythology, she created all flora and fauna as well, and life sprouts up wherever she goes.

Te Kā: Muse of Doom

Te Kā, as an inverted/“heartless” Lord of Life, is a Muse of Doom. If a Lord of Life has dominion over Life, a Muse of Doom is one over whom Doom has dominion. Both Lord and Muse are the embodiment of their aspect. But the way Te Kā embodies Doom is by being destructive by nature. She is heavily limited to the barrier reef, and actually made of fire, which is associated with Doom. Her “self” has been sacrificed, and by not embodying life, she passively allows darkness to spread.

Tamatoa: Page of Life

He started out with a deficit of power and wealth, but doesn’t really know how to wield or use it either, so he overcompensates by being “shiny”. He acts as if he can get away with anything, while expecting things like food to just “happen” to him, and he’s easily exploited via possessions or status. He’s the passive counterpart to Maui as a Knight of Life, and with opposite views of their aspect, they make natural rivals.

Gramma Tala: Heir of Heart

She has a well-developed sense of compassion and empathy, and is innately in tune with her inner self and her desires. She’s also a great judge of the character of others, and finds herself at home with those who similarly express their individuality (Moana, and the Ocean). She trusts her instincts completely (as with her tattoo), and trusts others implicitly, never questioning Moana’s statements about her emotions or identity. She speaks faithfully about “the voice inside”, and eventually “becomes” her inner self.

Moana is a story about Life and Heart, after all, so it’s fitting that the characters’ classpects match this!

Moana AU! Yata sets out to the sea to get grumpy demigod Fushimi to return Te Fiti's heart. Fushimi acts like he doesn't care but secretly just wants to be loved <3 Doting tattoo Munakata trying to get Fushimi to socialize and absolutely useless chicken sidekick Mikoto who's always sleeping add to the fun!

Mikoto the lazy useless chicken is maybe my new favorite thing XD So Yata is the son of the village chief of small island tribe Homra and he likes all the people there and everything but he also finds himself constantly looking out at the sea and wishing he could go out exploring. He feels really cooped up stuck on the island, plus he’s not really sure how good a chief he’d be anyway and he’s always worrying that he’s not going to be able to measure up to the standards of a chief. The only person who he feels kinda understands him is official village crazy person Totsuka, who spends all his time hanging out in the shallows playing with the rays and looking out over the horizon. One day Yata gets into a fight with his mentor Kusanagi and runs off, Totsuka finds him and asks if Yata wants to come explore the cool cave Totsuka found. Yata figures why not and the two of them head off together. While searching the cave Yata discovers a bunch of old boats and realizes that the people of Homra were once voyagers how traveled the sea and had awesome adventures. Yata of course is all hyped up for this but Kusanagi reprimands him for it because no one’s allowed to leave the island, there’s nothing but danger out there on the ocean (which Kusanagi knows, because when he was young he tried to go out exploring and his best friend Mikoto came with him and drowned. In Mikoto’s honor Kusanagi has named his laziest chicken after him).

Yata’s all depressed that he’s not allowed to go exploring the way his people used to when strange things start happening on the island, like all their harvested coconuts are rotten and there’s no fish, plus people have maybe started coming down with like some kind of strange corrupting disease. Yata’s feeling helpless because even though he’s supposed to be the guy who everyone looks to for help there’s not really anything he can do. That’s when the ill and dying Totsuka calls Yata into his hut and gives Yata this strange glowing stone. He tells Yata that the magic glowing rock is actually the heart of the god Weismann, who created the world and then fell into a long sleep on the island of Dresden. Legend says Weismann’s heart was stolen by a demigod named Fushimi and then lost when Fushimi was defeated by a god of destruction called Colorless who also wanted the heart. The blight that’s affecting the island is the effects of Colorless’s rage, finally reaching their small island. Yata’s all confused as to how Totsuka got the rock and Totsuka says he saw the ocean bring it to Yata when Yata was little. Yata’s all confused and then he remembers one day when he was little and tried to go look at the ocean, and the water parted for him. Yata’s mom pulled him away before he could wander too far but Totsuka thought the rock was pretty and kept it. He gives it to Yata and tells Yata not to worry, everything will be all right, and he believes that Yata can restore the heart and save everyone. Yata’s worried though because by giving him the heart Totsuka suddenly looks weaker than before and maybe Totsuka just smiles shakily and says that it’s fine, he was always sickly and knew he’d die young and that maybe he should have given Yata the heart earlier before things got this bad but he wanted to live just a little longer. He’s going to be reincarnated as a ray though, so it won’t be that bad, and he tells Yata to smile.

Poor heartbroken Yata promises Totsuka that he’ll fix things and he runs out to the nearest boat, setting out to sea. He’s already out of sight of the village when he realizes there’s a chicken asleep in the bottom of the boat and is like well, I guess it’s just you and me Mikoto-san (Yata’s always been very polite to the chicken okay, he’s heard stories about the chicken’s namesake from Kusanagi and he has Respect). Yata figures if he wants to restore the heart he needs help and figures the best guy for the job would be that demigod who took the heart in the first place. There’s no story saying what happened to Fushimi after he lost the heart though, so Yata decides he’ll just trust his gut and the ocean to take him to the right place. He ends up washed up on an island with a skinny tattooed nerd in glasses glaring down at him and asking him if he even knows how to sail, what kind of moron goes out on the ocean without knowing how to work a boat.

Yata immediately jumps up like listen asshole I’m new at this and anyway who says you could do any better. The guy clicks his tongue and says that he could but he doesn’t have a boat, he’s been marooned on this island for ages and he’s not interested in company. Yata’s like good because I don’t want to keep you company but that’s when he notices that one of the guy’s tattoos is moving, which is really weird. The guy glares down at his tattoo and tells Yata that the tattoos are of his so-called ‘exploits’ and Yata realizes that he’s staring at demigod Fushimi. Yata asks Fushimi to help him out but Fushimi’s like not my problem, he’s not interested in the troubles of humans because it’s not like they have any interest in him, after all. Maybe in the stories Fushimi’s always been treated like a semi-bad guy rather than a hero, like the things he’s given to humanity are always treated like accidents and he was actually trying to cause trouble. Yata tells him that for once he could do something to help people instead of being a jerk, saying he has the heart of Weismann and if they can restore it to where it belongs all the darkness sweeping the land will be swept away. Fushimi looks just interested enough to distract Yata so he can steal Yata’s boat, Yata immediately runs after him and Fushimi tries to toss him off the boat only for the ocean to kindly deposit Yata back on it. Yata gives Fushimi this smirk like see, you can’t leave me and Fushimi rolls his eyes because okay I can’t get rid of you but I’m still not helping.

So then the two of them have to go on an epic journey to restore the heart. In order for Fushimi to reach full power he needs his magic knives so they have to find those first and on the way Yata learns that Fushimi’s not really a god by birth, he was thrown into the sea by his asshole parents who didn’t want him and the goddess of the sea made him a demigod, Fushimi assumes just because even she didn’t want him and this way it got him out of the sea. During the quest to retrieve the knives Yata ends up helping Fushimi multiple times, like maybe at one point Fushimi gets injured by some bad guys after the heart and the wound is poisoned so he has to ride out the fever and he’s shocked and confused to find Yata by his side taking care of him the whole time. Yata figures that Fushimi’s an asshole but he’s also kinda cool. As they get closer to where Weismann is supposed to be sleeping though Fushimi keeps getting more reluctant because he fucked this up once and what if he does it again. The small sparkling bespectacled man on one of his tattoos keeps giving him encouraging sign language pep talks while Yata has some long talks with chicken Mikoto because he has to bare his soul to someone and the chicken’s there, okay.

They reach the island of Dresden and that’s when the two of them are attacked by Colorless. Yata tries to fight back against Colorless and is almost killed, Fushimi freaks out because maybe he didn’t even steal the heart to begin with, it was lost during like a seaquake and Fushimi tried to retrieve it to show he wasn’t useless and failed and now here he’s going to fail again and the only person who was ever precious to him will be destroyed. He abandons Yata, claiming that he doesn’t care about restoring the heart and probably finds something of Yata’s to set on fire out of spite (“There goes your oar, Misaki.” “Fuck you Saruhiko I need that to steer!”). Yata’s all heartbroken and angry but then the spirits of his ancestors and Totsuka rally around him and it gives him the courage to go try again, along with his trusty chicken. Fushimi sees Yata in danger and tiny tattoo Munakata just gives him this significant look, Fushimi sighs and goes running to save Yata. Together they reach Dresden island but can’t find the sleeping Weismann. Fushimi turns to look at Colorless and tells Yata to place the heart in the spot on the forehead of the fox mask that covers Colorless’s face. When Yata does the evil god’s body changes and he reawakens as Weismann, thanking Fushimi and Yata for saving him and reversing all the blight that covered the land. In the end Yata drags Fushimi back to his island where everyone can now join Fushimi’s tattoo in doting on him and loving him.

newworldchild  asked:

PJO AU question! (I'm very excited XD) What are the Gods reactions to finding out that Keith and Shiro are together? Also, do you think some of them made bets about when they'd get together?

Oh my god lmao I love this There’s another ask, Camp Version but I’ll answer the Gods Version first because this would be funny and this came first.

Voltron PJO AU: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

The gods were having their luncheon (let’s pretend they actually do that) at Mouth Olympus. They were all gathered around the big golden table and Hephaestus TV was on. It was the gods’ entertainment, they get to see how their children are doing and they get to witness some dramas between the gods and the demigods.

Camp Half Blood was on, it showed that scene wherein the son of Ares had the son of Hades pinned down with his sword

“Oho! That’s my boy, Dan!” Cheered Ares as he drank wine. He looked around the table, “Mother’s from the marines. Pretty—”

“You were not supposed to injure your opponent, demigod.” Shiro on the TV said, catching everyone’s attention back.

Zeus smirked.

Ares snorted, the same time his son on TV snorted. Like father like son. They witnessed Keith turning the tables and sneering at Dan. “You piece of shit.”

“Ohohohoho!” the other gods cheered. “Hades’ boy really knows how to get shit done.” Hermes barked out his laughter.

Hades just shrugged proudly as he drank wine. “My boy is resilient.” Zeus could see how Hades was smiling a little when he saw his son immobilize the son of Ares.

TV Keith spat out blood and walked out.

“Now that was just a very cool exit,” hummed Apollo. “Why can’t my kids be badass like your kids, Hades?”

TV Shiro grabbed Keith’s arm but failed miserably to stop him. The gods continue to watch until they see Shiro sit beside Keith under the tree and they held hands.

“Oh, what is this?” Aphrodite perked up. She giggled. “Do I sense love in the air?” She wiggled her eyebrows at Zeus. “Your son has got good taste, doesn’t he, Zeus?”

“Now that you’ve mentioned it, Hades’ son is quite handsome. Like he’s so rugged yet handsome. Totally manly basing from what he did a while ago, too.” Apollo commented. “I’d totally—”

“Don’t finish that sentence, Apollo,” Hades interrupted to which the sun god just chuckled.

“I agree with Apollo though,” Athena joined. “They would be quite a pair. Two most powerful demigods? Together? Zeus and Hades’ offsprings at that?” She hummed in pleasure.

“Definitely interesting! They could literally destroy the world!” Aphrodite rejoiced. “Imagine if they broke up.”

“No one is breaking up,” Zeus sighed. “Besides, they’re not even together yet.”

“Obviously, ‘cause your son is a wimp.” Hades muttered.

“Did you just call my son a wimp?” Zeus raised his eyebrow, bending a little forward to look at his brother. “Are you telling me he can’t muster up every ounce of confidence and confess his undying love for your boy?”

“Ah, so you do acknowledge he’s in love with my boy.” Hades smirked.

“Why of course. Everyone can see it. Can you?”

Hades just hummed. “I saw it the first time they met actually.”

“Oh my gods! Yes!” Aphrodite exclaimed. “It was the cutest puppy love! I was wondering when they will actually admit it.”

“Alright, alright. Bring it all in.” Hermes said. “Let’s start a betting pool. Let’s all see when one of them finally admits to the other, eh?”

“We are not placing bets on my son,” Zeus interrupted. “If he wants to take it slow, then he will take it slow.”

“You’re just scared you’ll lose, Dad,” Apollo giggled. “C’mon! Have a little faith in my lil brother, will ya? He’s got Zeus genes!”

“I’m betting it will be Hades’ boy who will snap and just kiss him just to get shit done,” Hermes chuckled, placing his bet. “Give or take in a month.”

Hades gasped, scandalized. “My son has more tact than that!”

“This will be fun,” Aphrodite grinned as she looked at the TV and Shiro and Keith were napping under the tree.

hey this is gonna sound dumb but what is a demigoddess and how do you work with that aspect of urself in your practice? luv ur blog ☀️

A demigoddess would be someone who’s half human, half goddess. Part of me calls myself a demigoddess as a way of conveying my self-love and confidence. But truly, I believe that “The Goddess” gave birth to witches in order to restore magick onto the world when patriarchal monotheism (aka, Abrahamic religions) began to turn violent and hateful. I believe the souls of witches who were killed for their practice are reincarnated and become witches again. So in tern, I believe all witches are demigoddesses and demigods and demi-deities 🤗🤗🤗

I feel this is such a far reach and couldn't happen considering everyone is fair game and Apollo IS the main character now but you think rick would have the guts to kill off Apollo? Like since he is a mortal and all (maybe some of his powers could return along with his godhood) he's , technically, up for fair game to die like any mortal and demigod. But tbh Rick doesn't have the guts to do it I don't think

i’d say yes, i’d even say that he’s going to pull something like he did with leo (like kill apollo off but them he comes back, so maybe he’d reappear in a beam of light or something??), but since apollo is in fact a god who is currently mortal, i’m going to say no because apollo is just of to much importance to that current universe for him to disappear

i mean, imagine the pjo universe without the god apollo, guess what’s going to happen afterwards, rick: “hey guys look at this new series i have where percy and co. has to revive kronos so they can turn back time to get apollo back!!!11!!1!!!” which rick would never do so i’m pretty sure apollo will be alive and well by the end of the series

“Here at the Archive of Andromeda, we keep information that our people have acquired for the past hundred thousand years. We are honored to preserve the ancient tomes and holy relics of many deities, demigods and celestial beings.”

“That’s great. Where’s the section about me?”

takin55  asked:

I know you just answered a PJO ask but I was wondering where Allura and Coran would fit in ?

Previous ask: Paladins and their designated godly parents

Hmmmmm now that you’ve mentioned it…

Allura is a daughter of Ares. Now, mostly people think children of Ares are bullies, hot-tempered and arrogant simply because their godly father if the God of War. Allura is one of those who are cool headed. She’s the counselor of Cabin 5 for a reason. Sure, the others are scared of her because she emits this aura of authority. She’s one of the oldest demigods so she knows a whole lot more than everyone. Most see her as one of the highest “ranked” demigods since she shoulders a lot of responsibilities, but when Shiro arrived, she was partly glad and annoyed that suddenly being a son of Zeus made Shiro the big shot in camp. Most of her tasks were given to Shiro, at first she was a bit hostile towards him that even Keith started to dislike her. But once she realized that they were on the same side, she tried to be civilized and soon Shiro (plus Keith cause he sticks like a glue) and her are planning battle strategies with Pidge. During capture the flag, they’re usually on the opposing side, it brings out her competitiveness. She says “Don’t underestimate a daughter of Ares just because your Daddy is a bigshot up there” to Shiro when they’re face to face.  Keith instantly goes in front of Shiro and attacks Allura to which Shiro is always surprised and tries to stop him. “She was insulting your Dad, Shiro!” And this was when Allura noticed that something was going on between the sons of Zeus and Hades.

Coran is definitely the oldest demigod. He was supposed to leave camp when he reached a certain age but Apollo, his godly father, wanted him to stay and help run the camp because Coran was capable of doing so. He’s cheerful, insightful, full of knowledge and just downright the perfect guy you get to meet first when you enter camp. He’s kind to everyone and he would just randomly spout out some random trivia that demigods both love and hate at the same time. Keith, Pidge and Hunk are usually the ones who love his trivia and they tend to remember them and those have helped them during their quests. Coran is a gorgeous man. During his early years, whenever he retells the story, he was apparently the James Dean of his teenage years. Girls and boys crushing on him everywhere, being the son of Apollo does that to everyone. He has healing powers and he always nags Keith for always visiting him in the infirmary. “What is it this time, son of Hades?” And Keith mutters a different excuse every time. Coran later soon found out that the child of Hades just needed to release steam for his “feelings” in which Coran smiled to because he knew. He tells Keith to find other outlets and perhaps talk it out. A few days later, he finds the young demigod walking side by side a son of Zeus with a big smile on his face, their pinkies intertwined.
