I think in the irl world that I'm plotting, I've thought of him being without a uniform. Keep in mind: where I'm from, uniform schools are more Christian school based, so that's where my thought process is coming from. Public schools, you didn't need a uniform and could wear whatever you so wished. ♥

So I wager, Demiurge would be happy to wear whatever he wanted in a public school.

As for his style... Let's see...

I honestly think something along those lines when he got older (mid teens or so), and when he was a bit younger, he no doubt wore suspenders and a bowtie. (Because, ya know, his mom wanted him to be a handsome, fancy young man).

I am certain Demiurge's closet, however, has many things he wouldn't outright wear to school as he worried he'd be teased. Things such as torn jeans, plaid shirts, and a few nerd shirts that express his favorite things. He no doubt had a wallet chain too at some point.

All around, I just see him as trying to dress casually as he grows up.

as i’m sure you know, rewrite erik is a demiboy, someone who only partially identifies as a guy... but he might be a trans girl? :o

i’ve talked about that before, but i wrote a little scene where he questions his identity and he feels so euphoric when he says ‘i’m a woman’! it’s so awesome to see him discover his true self!!! :D

although he identifies as a girl, he still uses 'he/him’ pronouns because ‘she/her’ doesn’t feel quite right. but does that mean he’s still a girl? i found out that a late 19th century trans woman named jennie june identified as a girl, but used male pronouns... just like rewrite erik could! ;D

#i was writing a little scene where rewrite erik talks to his mirror reflection and it turned into a discovery journey!#i could sense his wide smile and absolute joy when he called himself a woman! :D#maybe he could use 'she/her' in the future but for now 'he/him' feels ok :)#the narration in the rewrite used 'they/them' when he was the red death so that's an option too! ;)#i'm just happy that he's becoming his true self#in the rewrite he says he's not quite sure if he's a man and relates to the author george sand#disguising himself as kristin in one of the mystery stories is the next step! ;D#it helps him realize 'oh wow i feel way more comfortable as a girl this is awesome!'#and of course christine & nadir support him the entire way! :')#the mystery is just over a year after the rewrite so the demi flag in the eristine pride month pic is still accurate in a way! ;)#edit: maybe the demi flag will be kept because he says he's 10% man! Okay but like, how fucking cool would it have been if Luz was able to KEEP her Titan form? Like the glyph-powers she got from King’s Dad fade, but the actual transformation remains and becomes this form Luz learns how to shift into at will in much the same way as Eda’s harpy form.

Like it just fits so PERFECTLY with Luz’s arc, her status as a foil to Belos and the way the show has always flipped the script on its depictions of witchcraft and the occult. Like in so many ‘traditional’ depictions this sort of thing would be this horrific, cursed transformation, but here for Luz it’s this wondrous, beautiful display of how she’s been accepted by this world she loves so much, to the point where she’s now PART of this world.

And whereas Belos’s transformation really was this horrific, cursed thing borne out of his fear and hatred for this world, and the world (specifically the Titan) rejecting him in turn, Luz’s transformation is borne out of her love and understanding for this world, and the world’s (the Titan’s) accepting and embracing her in turn.

And Luz would have a cool transformation just like her mentor/other-mom (completely with snaggletooth!) AND her being part-titan is just the perfect affirmation of Luz being King’s older sister.

Oh, and this would also mean Amity WOULD actually get to see her gf’s badass demi-god transformation XD

(Also, just... if we thought Luz’s regular titan-form looked awesome, IMAGINE how epilogue!Luz’s titan form would look.)
