CrossFit Foundation #1

Now it’s starting to feel like I’m doing CrossFit. Oy. I’m already sore. 

Today I got the chance to practice Power Snatch. Eek. That is like the most advanced barbell lifting. So many steps needed to be done in order to do the lift properly (and that also means, safely) The class spent good amount of time practicing our Power Snatch forms.
