ODENG BROTH, SOONDAE (Korean Blood sausage - sounds gross but is amazingly good), TWEEGIM (Various fried foods like shrimp, squid, vegetables), and DDUKBBOKI at a street vendor / eat in “Jaws Ddukbboki” in Seoul, South Korea
DDUKBBOKI: Korean street food, or simple fast food. Rice cake, fish cake, and various fried treats (like shrimp, calamari, dumplings, vegetables…) smothered in slightly sweet but heavenly spicy sauce. You have to try it!
Very versatile, can have a seafood version, put udon noodles in it, or ramyun noodles. Can be served steaming hot on the street in booths, or in casual dine ins where you watch the food cook in front of you, bubbling! yum
