“Day of food” #2.

Sorry the pictures aren’t the prettiest, I was pressed for time.

  1.  Apple with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, dusted with cinnamon (cause it’s good for you).
  2. Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt mixture w/ cinnamon, berries, tbsp of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, dollop of low-sugar jam.
  3. Toast (Sprouted wheat, 50 cal) with salsa, feta, light drizzle of honey and a side of carrots.
  4. Brocoli and egg white omelet stuffed with spinach and bell pepper. Served with ½ avocado and drizzle of olive oil.
  5. (Not pictured): 2 prunes

My yogurt-cheese mix is served in a ramekin for a good portion, I don’t mix sugar in it but I do allow myself a little jam because honestly it’s heavenly. I don’t know how people eat yogurt with sour blueberries and that’s it. I mix the cheese and yogurt for two reasons: (1) a more exciting texture and (2) they both have different benefits.
