Prepare to Have Your Darren Criss Obsession Reignited With These Snaps
Prepare to Have Your Darren Criss Obsession Reignited With These Snaps
By Kelsie Gibson

Darren Criss first stole our hearts with his role on Glee — and for some dedicated fans with his role in A Very Potter Musical — and not much has changed since. After wrapping the hit FOX series, the handsome actor has been keeping busy performing as the title character in Hedwig and the Angry Inch and even playing Prince Eric in the Hollywood Bowl’s performance of The Little Mermaid.

While we’ve certainly loved hearing his beautiful voice on stage, there’s a big part of us that misses seeing his equally beautiful face on our screens week after week. We are fully pumped to see him reunite with Glee creator Ryan Murphy for American Crime Story season two. In preparation for his return to TV, look back at how much more attractive Darren has gotten since saying goodbye to Blaine Anderson in 2015.

Here are some beauties (click here for the rest):

“Don’t they get together in the end”

Klaine has impacted so many people’s lives, young and old. We are forever grateful for everything that they are, and everything that they stand for. Their loyalty to each other and passion for one another is admirable, and they deserve to be acknowledged for the pure joy, inspiration, and hope that they give to people everywhere. I’ve noticed that courage is a recurring theme amongst people when it comes to Klaine. And that really makes me smile because the word “courage” has become such a meaningful sentiment to Kurt and Blaine and those in the Klaine fandom. I’ve also noticed that hope is something that many people who admire Klaine share. Hope through seeing such wonderful role models in two strong, young gay characters. Hope for equality, hope for better understanding, hope for better acceptance, and hope for a shared respect for two young people who love each other for who they are, not just for their gender or sexuality. And that is one of many reasons why I admire Kurt and Blaine’s relationship so much; they are like any other couple. They experience highs and lows, trials and tribulations, intimacy and arguments… but they work through everything together. Kurt and Blaine being gay is simply something about the both of them. It is something that enables them to empower their position and their bravery and stand up for a relationship that should be acknowledged on the same level as any other heterosexual relationship. Being gay should not define or debilitate them, and does not diminish the importance and meaning of their relationship. And that is something that I truly love about them. i am damn proud to be a part of this fandom; a fandom that is represented by the courage to change the world for the better, one step at a time (any progress at all is still progress!), and open people’s minds and hearts to something that is truly beautiful once seen and acknowledged and appreciated for all that it is, all through two young people who are madly in love with each other, and through everything that they stand for and are willing to fight for. Kurt and Blaine and their wonderful relationship has truly made an impact. An amazing, positive, inspiring impact that I am positive will not be forgotten. So, thank you. Thank you, Ryan Murphy, for giving us Kurt and Blaine. And thank you, Darren and Chris, for bringing Kurt and Blaine to life with such vivid and real and incredible heart. And to all three of you: Thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts for giving us something and someone, two someone’s, to be so passionate about. I truly hope that the messages below from many people voicing their positive opinions and reactions towards Klaine can show you at least a fraction of how much these two mean to all of us.

 Thank You Chris And Darren

“It’s the mall on December 20th,” Becca says, looping her arm through Chris’s. “Did you really expect to find something amazing?”

Chris shrugs. “I don’t know. I just… don’t know what to get. Nothing’s standing out.”

Becca gives him a look that’s half bitchy and half sympathetic, a duality that Chris admires. “How about a suitcase for him to pack his shit in and go?”
