Part Of Your World

Here’s the dope: I don’t know where this is from, but I really want to know. I cannot for the life of me find it in any masterpost, someone gave it to me (late 2010) on a USB with a heap of Maggiano’s (and some other) performances. Please help!! :)

girls don’t want boys. girls just want a full-length studio darren criss album. that’s all we need.

Thanks for asking about this relationship tag on the Archive. I can confirm that the “Chris Colfer/Darren Criss” section is alive and well, with almost 1,000 works (http://archiveofourown.org/tags/Chris%20Colfer*s*Darren%20Criss/works)  and three times as many bookmarks. There is nothing about the relationship that would cause us to remove it from the Archive. If have any questions, let us know!

Desi received this threatening ask last Tuesday which we promptly had a good laugh about.

FYI the Chris Colfer/Darren Criss category on Archive of our Own, along with the the CrissColfer Tumblr tags are set to be done away with as per the actors request. If you don’t want to get into any legal trouble, I’d recommend beginning to delete any fan fiction regarding them now.

We knew it was unsubstantiated bullshit - several CC shippers get baseless, hateful threats all the time.  I told Desi to contact AO3 to verifty the facts of the matter.

For some reason, certain people are very threatened by Desi’s fic, CrissColfer fanfiction in general, and just the thought of CrissColfer being a possibility.

Those people have become bullies.  I suggest that we all utilize our block and ignore function and when we receive hate, especially anonymous, we delete it immediately and never give those immature individuals a forum to spout their ignorance.

P.S. As if I couldn’t love AO3 any more, I now have a new found love for that site.

'Glee' series finale grabs Emmy nod for tearful goodbye anthem
Lea Michele as Rachel Berry gave 'Glee' the send-off it deserved with a moving performance of "This Time," written and composed by castmate Darren Criss.
By Brian Anthony Hernandez

Written and composed by castmate Darren Criss, the song served as the series finale’s original goodbye anthem. In that “Dreams Come True” episode, Rachel sees a plaque with Finn Hudson’s face on it (cue tears). Finn died on Glee after actor Cory Monteith (who played Finn) died in real life. Monteith and Michele were a couple onscreen and offscreen.

On Thursday, Criss earned an Emmy nomination for “This Time” (which you can listen to, above) in the Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics category.
