1. Wake up, wash face, brush teeth, get dressed 2. Do make up and eat breakfast 3. Go to class and work. 4. Studying and revision 5. Shower 6. Skin care routine 7. Post shower hair care, and continue revision 8. Relax by watching kpop, listening to music, watching some shows. 9. Sleep. My life isn’t exciting most days but I like it and I make time for things I enjoy.
Parsvottanasana, aka Intense Side Side Stretch Pose, is an intense hamstring and spine lengthener.
