Hey Harley, i was just wondering how many calories you would recommend for me. I'm around 46kg(not too sure) and 161cm so nearly weight restored i think . I cycle around 2-3 hours per day on average, not too intense.
Play around with it. See what it feels like eating xyz cals a day for a week and then how productive you are or your sleep patterns and mood.
If you have a power meter you will quickly tell what is not enough carbs.
