Proud.

Increased my mph to 4.0 on the treadmill, which is a jogging pace for me right now. Completed 10 consecutive minutes. Then I did two 5 minute intervals between 3.8-4.0. Both of these mph’s are jogging for me. So I completed 20/30 minutes jogging.

I’m really proud of myself. Small feats make for big results. It’s all worth the sweat and pain.

Progress. It’s all progress.

OFFICIALLY ONE YEAR!!

It has been one year from today that I started this weightloss journey. I was 250lbs Now look at me Under 220lbs. I gave up almost got back on it. TODAY IS A NEW DAY I CAN START FRESH. I will be doing basically Monthly weighins, Daily Myfitnesspal Screenshot & Daily Journey Rants. Also personal challenges. Weekly workouts & a keep track chart to keep me on track. I will make the second year count
