In pastry there has been new trends for decorating cakes, the use of new techniques have made that the image of a cake is seen as an eatable pice of art.
Techniques like layering, toppings, new molds that help the chefs to make new and cool pieces of cakes, minimalistic influences and of course creativity, are right now the hot trends in pastry.
