Pastry New Trends

We all know that Gastronomy has been changing a lot, in fact it is always in continous change, and one of the most important aspects of this evolution, is the decoration in food.

In pastry there has been new trends for decorating cakes, the use of new techniques have made that the image of a cake is seen as an eatable pice of art. 

Techniques like layering, toppings,  new molds that help the chefs to make new and cool pieces of cakes, minimalistic influences  and of course creativity,  are right now the hot trends in pastry.

The pictures belongs to Antonio Bachour’s desserts, one of the greatest and most talented pastry chefs in the world, that right now works in Miami.
