I made this today - assiette of lamb - rump lamb seared and roasted, griddled lamb cutlet, lamb liver and saddle of lamb which was poached, pressed then crumbed and fried. Served with an olive tapenade, onion and garlic purée, sautéed spinach, oven roasted tomatoes, braised shallot and a lamb jus
So, at Zazu, the food is simply art, a great combination of flavours, pretty sutil btw, that at the end they are just perfect, each ingredient, each element is perfectly done and combined, the designed of the restaurant represents the minimalist effect they have in everything, so the experiencie is just overwhelming.
The music pairing for this place is the xx, they are calm, trippy, and sutil. :)
If you ever go to Ecuador, and visit Quito, you should definetely go to Zazu.
