It was that time of year. The County fair that happens every October had finally come. People from all over the county would gather to enjoy the amusement rides and such. I usually don’t like roaming fairs, but I had to make an exception tonight. Fighting the pain in my stomach, I walked around the fairground searching far and wide for some food. Funnel cakes, popcorn, and cotton candy? I couldn’t eat any of that shit. I needed food - real food.
I needed meat. I needed human meat but how can you acquire that at a fair with so many folks running around. I haven’t eaten all day and I’m fucking starving. If I didn’t eat anything soon, I’d puke myself out and that’s a big no-no. I had to continue my search. I had to find my prey.
As my hunger grew, I began to grow angrier. I had to keep my cool. One slip up and I could find myself walking the mile toward Old Smokey. With such a record I had under my belt. I wasn’t going to let it all end here. I began to itch. I scratched and scratched and scratched, trying to rid the itch but it wasn’t going away. Curse this lousy human body of mine and its defects.
It was midnight now. I had been here for two long, miserable hours wandering about the fair and I have yet to find any food. Just as I was going to give up on my search and settle with the next human, an opportunity finally showed itself and it came to me as a little boy with brown hair, which had a reddish hue to it. He was wearing a brown leather jacket, blue jeans, and red sneakers. I couldn’t really see much of his face as I was a little far away. Sadly these eyes don’t have great perception of things far away.
