crying because all the pretty

“I’ve aged a bit.”

To people who cry very easily and often like me:

Tears are a way for the body to let go of the weight of the things you are feeling. Bad or good feelings, you cry when it becomes too much: too much sadness, too much happiness, too much amazement, too much fear, too much anger etc. So, don’t feel stupid for crying whenever you get a little passionate about something, get into an argument, etc ; your tears are proof that you feel very deeply about whatever you are doing or is happening to you when you cry. (fyi it doesn’t mean people who never cry don’t feel deeply, just that they feel differently). Really, you should be amazed to be one of the few to be able to feel and care so fiercely about the world around you and what it offers you that your body needs to release tears so often. All in all, crying a lot is nothing to be ashamed of. Other people’s opinions are irrelevant here, sure it sucks when you cry in class or at work, but in the long run and in the “grand scheme of things”, it’s not a weakness I promise you. It’s a strength.

Why the Fuck is Bellamy always chained up and crying

Because Bob is the best at crying.

And because this is The 100. They’re pretty much all always chained up, caged, captured, punished, tortured, gagged, bound… I mean, help me out… which main or secondary character HASN’T been chained or bound or locked up.

The 100 all started out as prisoners. They were all locked up in MW. Everyone in the COL had their minds controlled. Clarke was a royal prisoner for half a season. Harper and Monty were in a cage. I think the only characters who WEREN’T locked up at any point are Jackson and Lxa. Jackson because he’s not that important and Lxa because she was in charge and doing the locking up.

You know, you guys, you keep singling Bellamy out as the only one here and you’re forgetting the rest of the story.

James Turrell. LED light into space. The word ‘Ganzfeld’ loosely categorizes the body of James Turrell’s work that experiments with the perception of light. Having studied perceptual psychology at Pomona College, Turrell’s work shows repeated interest in deceiving the mind and how it perceives light and space. Ganzfelds are named after the German word that describes the phenomenon of the total loss of depth perception as in the experience of a whiteout. Ganzfelds are essentially his previous Space Division Constructions, now made into a plane accessible to viewers to step through and become seemingly transported to an “other” and ambiguous space altogether. Upon closer inspection, what appears to be a flat, rectangular end wall is actually a volume of light occupying a vast empty space.

Wishing Yuzu all the best next season^^

Why no emotions?

You have a gift. An amazing talent. You are a true artist in every sense of the word, ObsidianPen. Thank you for writing. Thank you for sharing your gift with us. Also, since this is an "Ask" um... Hey, how you doin'? What's your favorite... um... hobby? Hows... life? Are you happy? (I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE AWESOME AND I LOVE YOU BUT NOW I FEEL AWKWARD AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING I AM SO SORRY)

Aaaaaaahhh I’m crying, why would you do this to me? I’m supposed to be the one making people cry!!! 😭

And uh, I’m doing all right. Pretty stoked because I finally bought a new computer today (thanks to my lovely patreon patrons) and will be getting it on the 15th!!! And I can draw with it, too, so there may be some ridiculous fan art in the very near future. I’m thinking Voldemort/Snape bromance pics.

My favorite hobby is simultaneously running long distance/listening to music at a perilously high volume/wondering what the hell I’m doing with my life/imagining really ridiculous scenes in my head before I write them (I don’t know how many times I envisioned Hermione getting drunk and role playing as Bellatrix. I sometimes still do, I dunno).

Here, have my heart.

I’ve been crying pretty much all day because my husband had to leave for while for his job, so I’ve been, like, miserable.

Well, I just logged into AO3 and saw In Bloom has over 4,000 hits and I am floored. I just…how? I know that’s not a lot compared to most of the fantastic writers we have in the Rhack fandom, but holy fucking shit you guys. I love you all and thank you for reading my story. I’m so happy you guys are enjoying it and I hope you continue to do so ♡ thank you for your support!
