ok but wouldn’t it be a dream come true if amy walked down the aisle with the b99 slow mo thing™ going on??? and jake would turn over to look at her with that soft gaze on his eyes. and when amy first saw jake’s face she’d do the double tuck OK I NEED THIS
Maybe I’m naive and over optimistic, but I truly do hope that Noora and Yousef won’t be a thing. It’s such a stupid plot twist that I’m just tired of it. Instead I’d like to think that they’re meeting because they’re worried about Sana and have seen that something is wrong. Noora and Yousef are just arranging a nice surprise for Sana and have agreed to not pursue a relationship together.
One of the great goofy frustrations of my life right now is that I have a D&D campaign all plotted out and ready to go (thank you to @probablylostrightnow for invaluable advice and for generally being awesome, and to Matt Colville’s videos about DMing), but I am wracked at all times by anxiety and self-doubt, so it may very well never see the light of day.
The game of dice that Killian, Milah and the crew are playing in 2.04 is Crown and Anchor which was “traditionally played for gambling purposes by sailors in the Royal Navy, and also in the British merchant and fishing fleets.”
It’s difficult to see, but it looks like it’s the game he’s playing in 3.21, as well:
In Storybrooke, however, the game he’s playing with Henry in 3.17 uses traditional dice with numbered pips:

Well that’s my outfit for the play. There’s some modern art all of a sudden at school and the sky has a pretty moon.
The first night was great but the second night (ie today) sucked… my older sis did not seem to like it that much and we had an audience that didn’t laugh very much… I also forgot to email my community band director that me and my older sis would not be at band today and I had a mini panic attack backstage (great place to start hyperventilating not) and now I feel like crap and only my best friend came from music council so far to see the play and me and my other friend who is the president of council and is also sound for the play were both pissed the entire night cause our council doesn’t support us. Also my English group left all of their damn work to today and our project is due tomorrow but I finished my work two weeks ago cause I knew I wouldn’t have any time this week and I said the f word today cause I was stressed and pissed and sorry for not being super active recently.
Wow I just blabbed a bunch without proper sentence stucture or spacing! Sorry not sorry I am sleepy and pissed which is not a good combo XD
So we made new characters (again) for an evil campaign, and I always love giving my evil characters little twists and I remembered that one post about heroes telling villains “your dead wife would never want this!” and villains being like “um it was literally Sharon’s plan soooooooooo”
So I made this lawful evil wizard specialising in necromancy whose law is his wife’s last wishes. She realised she was going to be killed and was like “in the event this happens, you’re gonna find a way to resurrect me so I can take revenge personally.” So she dies and he studies magic for years and years and travels the world looking for necromancy books and scrolls he can teach himself with so he can resurrect his dear beloved wife.
But then I started fleshing out the backstory, right? In a world that’s at least 80% human, a dhampir and drow couple in town, even living on the outskirts quietly, would be nigh intolerable. And this couple was married for about a hundred years, both outcasts, madly in love. She gets very sick very suddenly and he honestly can’t be sure if she’s fully sane when she swears she’s been poisoned, but dammit, this was her last wish, and if he’s honest, he’d do anything to get her back.
And there’s more to it, but goddammit, I never expected to get so emotional over a character whose backstory started out as a joke.
