Some nights Crossfit is really weird. You feel like you’re moving slow. You’re relaxed, and not rushing. You set up on completely opposite ends of the gym and you feel like you’re wasting time walking back from the rig to your bar. Then you look at your score from last year, and you PR by 2 Reps!
