croissant with vanilla

I hosted an impromptu Pride and Prejudice tea party! Kind of went on a baking craze here with what was supposed to be just a simple movie night, but I made a bunch of things I’ve never done before so it was really fun! The raspberry jam was from a jar, but other than that I made everything by hand! Super happy with how everything turned out!

Dean and Cas are spending their honeymoon in Paris. The next morning after their arrival Cas wakes up to cooing of pigeons coming from the balcony, warm rays of the sun teasing his eyes, delicious and rich smell of capuccino and freshly baked croissants which smell like vanilla and love and make his mouth water.

Castiel stretches, his limbs pleasantly aching after all the tender love-making with his husband, which by the way is nowhere to be seen.

“Dean?” Castiel’s voice is sleepy and rough.

A few minutes pass before Dean appears in the bedroom, carrying a tray full of warm and mouthwatering croissants and cups of hot cappucino.

“Morning, sunshine,” he winks at Castiel before placing a long, passionate kiss on his lips. “I know how you love breakfast in bed.”

Castiel sighs happily, wrapping his arms around Dean’s neck after his puts the tray on the bed.

“That’s true but I love you more,” he replies, as he rubs his nose against Dean’s with a soft chuckle.
