crisitna

We spend our whole lives worrying about the future, planning for the future, trying to predict the future. As if figuring it out will somehow cushion the blow. But the future is always changing. The future is the home of our deepest fears, and our wildest hopes. But one thing is certain: When it finally reveals itself, the future is never the way we imagined it

Obrigada por se abrigar no meu amontoado de emoções, não repare a bagunça e nem estranhe a minha inquietude, é porque ninguém nunca se permitiu ficar por muito tempo.

King Felipe revokes Infanta Cristina’s Duchess of Palma de Mallorca title

The King has signed a Royal Decree by which he revokes Infanta Crisitna’s right to the ducal title. King Juan Carlos gave her the title for her lifetime in 1997 and her husband was known as the Duke (consort) of Palma de Mallorca. The Official Gazette will publish the Royal Decree on Friday, making his actions official. The Royal Household has reiterated that it’s in Cristina’s hands to give up her place in the line of succession.

I’ve always thought Cristina was Shonda’s masterpiece.

I don’t even know how to explain it. What a character. Chipping away at those layers over the course of 10 seasons and seeing the who this woman really is has yet to bore me. I could have watched her forever. There was just so much to her. She’s so enigmatic that I don’t think we’ll ever fully comprehend her. She hides so much. There’s still so much beneath the surface.

[though sometimes she’s just ]

Sandra is so brilliant, she plays to a quiet understanding between the viewers and Cristina so well. There have been so many scenes where Crisitna was supposed to be being cold or unaffected or perceived as such by other characters but Sandra didn’t let it sit. She makes the connection and you know, you just know Cristina’s putting on a mask. It’s engaging. It’s impeccable. It’s genius. Acting is an art form and Sandra set the standard on GA early on.

And I’m going to miss everything about her and Cristina Yang so much.
