I lost my chance to go to lunch today when a guy came up and wanted to sample four different blue cheeses

which I have to open, sample, rewrap and relabel, then sanitize everything because contact with blue cheese can cause other cheeses to mold

Then another guy wanted triple creme brie and I had to cut a whole wheel because we had none out

and so on and so forth
