Breakfast Power Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup kevita sparkling probiotic drink, coconut flavor
1 tablespoon creamy roasted almond butter
5 drops vanilla stevia
1 scoop Frank Zane Egg White Protein Powder (or protein powder of your choice)
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
3 ice cube
Instructions
Combine strawberries, coconut water, almond butter and stevia in a vitamix and blend on high
Blend in protein powder and ground chia seeds, then blend in ice cubes until smooth
Serve

Sometimes I like to pretend it’s summer and eat smoothie bowls out in the garden pretending the grass isn’t all wet and mushy☀️

Creamy Smoothie Bowl:
1 banana (frozen)
1 avocado
½ mango ( or 1 cup of frozen mango bits)
Put it in the blender together with ¾ of a cup with water and mix until you are happy with the texture, add more water if needed.

* its also good to add a handful of fresh spinach to this recipe 😊

I topped mine with musli, frozen berries, mango and chia seeds 😊

Ingredients: 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup coconut yogurt, and ½ cup milk.

Method: Thaw the frozen fruit in cold water until it’s all just a little mushy. Break up the banana into three smaller pieces to make blending easier. Put all of the ingredients in a blender, blend to your desired consistency, top with coconut flakes, then enjoy!
