1 store bought flatbread pizza crust(check to make sure it’s vegan!)
Ur fav shroomies (I used oyster and shiitake)
Tapioca starch (or any starch really)
Preheat oven to 350. In a pan sauté the onion and mushrooms until soft and then add in just enough tomato sauce to cover everything and simmer until warm.
Place the premade crust on a baking sheet and then pour the tomato sauce mixture over it. Bake for 10-15 min just keep checking to see if it’s warm enough/crispy enough. While its cooking in a blender put 1 and ½ cup cashews, 1-2 garlic cloves, lil bit on onion powder, lemon juice, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp starch, and salt and pepper if you wish! Blend until creamy. When the pizza is warm take it out n top it with the cashew cheese ! Enjoy 💕
You seem to love my week summaries. Any suggestions on what I should include in the future? Send me a message! Oh and yes, I got more requests *not* to use ‘read more’ tag to shorten the post as it would hide all the top recipes on your dashboard, but rather tag the post with ‘long post’. :)
Oh, one more thing - please use message (ask) more than chat (read: don’t use chat at all). If I read your chat message and don’t reply that second, I probably won’t at all. Classical messages (asks) stay in my inbox until I answer them, and as soon as I read the chat, that little dot disappears, and I probably won’t be looking at that again. I mean, look at this.
I really can’t :(
So, send me a regularask and you’re safe. Oh, and you probably won’t get an answer right away, sorry, I work many many hours a day now, and I barely get the time to fill the queue, let alone answer the messages.
As far as theme goes, I know this one’s horrible and I need paging instead of the infinite scroll (and 50 other things), and I’ll get to that, too. Eventually.
I think it was mainly by luck that we ended up in this place, because their sign was small and hardly noticeable. I wasn’t able to take photos of the place but it was a cozy wooden house smack in the middle of a serene garden.
We had a nice Italian dinner of pastas (Seafood Marinara, Beef Bolognese, and Creamy Pesto) and pizzas (Neapolitan and Beef & Cream). I liked all the pastas that we tried, and the pizzas were really good too - nice thin crusts with enough cheese on top and fresh ingredients (tomatoes and basil on the Neapolitan and the spring onions on the Beef & Cream).
To end the night the family all had a nice cup of coffee (which had a nice cinnamon-y taste to it) while I had a cup of tea (which was served with a mildly sweet honey that had a touch of lemon which I thoroughly enjoyed).
