So I run a lot, and do a lot of body weight training at home and outside, and I’ve been thinking about getting more into training with weights like barbells, rather than just kettle and dumbbells, my only issue is that the gym where I’d go is really intimidating, especially as I’m just starting out with weights. I just feel like I’m going to be looked at a little weird as I’m a teenage girl who’s stronger than she looks (I have noodle arms) maybe I should just suck it up?
