I’m loving these autumn colours in this bowl. 😍 I tried something new with my oatmeal this morning. I added ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger as it cooked, in addition to the usual cinnamon and half banana, and WOW it was so good!
I love all things ginger because it’s warm and a little spicy. Have you ever tried fresh-squeezed ginger juice? It will clear your sinuses for sure. 😅
Now I just need to get some nutmeg, allspice, and cloves so I can make some pumpkin pie spice oatmeal. 😜

So I made bananbread for the first time ever and it turned out sooo good! I used the recipe from @livshealthylife ’s YouTube channel (the chocolate chip one but I didn’t have any chocolate chips at home so I used cranberries instead). 😊❤🍌🍞🌹
AUTUMN VIBES 🍁😍🍂 My go-to breakfast lately: cinnamon banana oatmeal with PB2 powdered peanut butter, roasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, banana, cacao nibs, and chia seeds.
I thought I was finished with the last cold but I still feel under the weather.
