no, i haven’t been taking my measurements regularly. I do them from time to time, but not consistently enough to track…either way, i haven’t noticed any significant changes in how my clothes fit. i also have taken some time off from weights. I’ve been concentrating mostly on cardio because i still have a decent amount of fat that needs to be gotten rid of. i figure i still have 5-10 lbs of fat that i can burn before muscle weight really starts to increase/show. thx for the encouragement :-)
