cookout food

I'm tired of eating all the food now...

My body temp is up from all the carbs and I’m bloated.

So here is what I will and will not do today:

I WILL eat healthy and track all the way to the end of the day

I WILL go to the gym and do at least 45 minutes on the elliptical

I WILL NOT eat a single peanut m&m from the office kitchen (I have been binge eating these like crazy cause of work stress. I don’t even like them that much tbh)

I WILL get back on track (for the next three days straight), even if I have to say no to cookout food for Memorial Day
