As I mentioned in a previous post, I was inspired to make some of this holiday bark when I tasted some at work a week or two ago. So easy, yet so incredibly delicious!

Pistachios + Pecans + Almonds + Dried Cherries + Dried Apricots sprinkled on top layers of dark and white chocolate.

We’ve been having a little trouble getting all of the toppings to stay put on the bark once it cooled (the nuts like to fall off!) but it tastes so good that I don’t even care. My brother and Dad kept stealing pieces of it off of the counter before we finally hid it away for Christmas.
