I've been working out and eating healthy and I've lost 12 pounds already and have noticed great changes.. I'm continuing the fitness and clean eating because I want it to be a way of life. But my mom was just like "you're going to have a break through and eat a bunch of bad food and gain it all back." Im so pissed and feel like I have no support with this.
You don’t need any supports with this.
I mean people (even family and friends) don’t even understand this lifestyle, so they will always tell you things that “they think they know”.
Instead of focusing on what people think about your lifestyle, concentrate on your fitness goals. Then, your motivation will inspire them (trust me it will).
