Just 1 day to plan.

With the weekend of incoming dogs looming I had no time to waste. My choices were
1: to have someone in Georgia pull the puppy from the animal control, take him to a vet for a health certificate, wait a week for the flight restriction regulations, provide an airline approved cargo kennel and transport him to the airline cargo drop off point.
2: to have someone pull the pup, and link him to a ground transport relay from GA to CT -(usually takes a series of days and checkpoints) or
3: Fly to GA myself, visit a vet and fly him back carry-on the next day.

So thanks to a great rate from Priceline - I went with option #3 and my mission was ON!
