DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. (AFPN) – A combat rescue officer communicates with the HH-60 Pavehawk helicopter crew to organize the extraction of casualties during a joint US and Dutch mass casualty exercise Feb. 14. The scenario involved a simulated shoot-down of a C-141 Starlifter cargo plane by a missile.
