May 27, 2016-Febrary 21, 2017 (Approx. 200 lbs-187 lbs)

Goals are being met, delicious food is being prepared, and lots of memories are being created. I’m so excited to be on this new journey I designed for myself, and I’m so grateful for all the fitblrs I have followed that help motivate me to love my body and to work out and manage emotional eating. You guys help me grow. I love seeing everyone’s workouts and progress and meals, it just makes me so happy! Thank you for being you, everyone!

MARCH 2017

Hello Lovely followers-

I don’t have much to write today, but I still thought I would share my progress over the past month. I’ve been keeping consistent and really pushing myself this month, especially as we get closer to summer! I would like to shout out to egg white omelets-  as they were my survival tool over the past few weeks :) Anyways, Thats all for now. More updates to come!

xoxo Rory

2/5/16 deadlift day

I’VE BEEN SLACKING ON TRAINING, BUT S/O TO MY SHOULDERS FOR ALWAYS DELIVERING BOMB FLEX PICS. I look really dumb, but I took this right after I woke up and my septum was crooked.  I didn’t record bc it was too crowded.  LOL the front desk guy came up to me to tell me not to slam the weights, but I’ve definitely slammed it way harder.  I thought he was a homie, but nah. Lowkey, 5x5 isn’t fun anymore lol deadlifts were still fun.  Sumo is getting a lot better and I’m getting a lot more comfortable with it.  My adductors seem to be getting better too.

This week’s been lacking, in terms of training, but that’s ok.  we can’t be 100% all the time.
