Sure! What I ate today is actually a pretty good example (go me🙂). I really just think of the 80/20 balance generally, but you could also literally calculate what 20% of your daily or weekly intake goal is and then aim to keep your treats within that. Totally up to you.

I ate 2000+ calories today so that actually might work out to be more like a 90/10 split, but hopefully you get the general idea!
