Happy Easter everyone with these homemade Organic dairy free, sugar free chocolate eggs

Recipe I used from @iquitsugar @pureharvest I hope you are enjoying some healthy treats too today 🐰🐰🐰

Serves 10
Time: to make including freezing time: 1 hour 15 minutes

1/3 cup melted organic cacao butter
2 tbsp organic extra Virgin coconut oil
1 cup organic raw cacao powder
1 tbsp organic rice malt syrup @pureharvest

Heat cacao butter and coconut oil on low heat & when cooling down add rice malt syrup. Remove from the heat and add cacao powder and stir in well to mix through.
Spoon into your moulds and freeze until set.

Enjoy these rich, healthy, raw treats with no added sugars, artificial colors or preservatives.

Raw Vegan Chocolate Balls

Made these on Sunday guys and they are so good! Simple to prepare - sugar free & clean!

I used all organic ingredients, you can use conventional if you can’t get organic of course.

1 ½ cups dedicated coconut (extra for coating)
12 dates pitted
2/3 cup raw cacao
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2/3 cup peanut butter (sugar free)
6-8 tbsp filtered water
2 tbsp psyllium husk

Blend all ingredients together in your blender and roll into balls and then coat in coconut.

Makes 30 balls - refrigerate and enjoy these clean treats for the week.

Messy Carb-Free Banana Pancakes by Carla

2 egg whites
1 banana
a few drops of vanilla
1 scoop Protein Powder (I used AllMax Chocolate Peanut Butter)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg whites and vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix the protein powder and baking powder.

Use a non-stick spray or heat the coconut oil on a frying pan. Cook over medium - low. Then pour the batter in!

It’s messy because the banana is so liquidy and tough to flip! But it’s fun and tastes amazing. If I can’t flip nicely, I flip messy but it eventually shapes into a mish-mashed pancake/omelet.

Top with yogurt/stevia ‘icing’ if required!
