Intro.

I have FINALLY kept up this exercise regime for a whole 4 weeks now. THIS IS DEFINITELY AN ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR ME.

I started working out at the beginning of August because I finally reached that point where I actually teared up when trying on clothes and it didn’t fit. That was literally my breaking point, so I actioned what I have been meaning to do for YEARS. Yes years, and I have finally been taking steps towards healthy eating and exercising.

I also wanted to do this anonymously because I want to WOW all the people who are doubting me right now but eventually I will post selfies so it probably wont last long haha.

I was never really that concerned about my appearance but it wasn’t until people actually send me messages on Tumblr on my personal blog saying I was ‘fat’ and why do I even take photos of myself ectect. And mind you, I’m not morbidly obese, just chubby. That got to me, made me feel worthless. I promised myself for months I would start. It was suppose to be my NY resolution for 2013 but I was in denial, made excuses and was just being lazy. So here I am, better late then never although I do wish I started earlier. I would have reaped the results.

Fortunately, there is about 13 weeks til the middle of December which here in Australia is SUMMER ♥ so I still have some time to get into shape. 13 weeks gives you time to at least lose 10KGS which is healthy. (I think) and MAYBE I’ll be confident to go to the beach. Ehh, we’ll see.

I hope that my blog inspires others to get fit and I am looking forward to posting here every day I workout.

2 large frozen bananas, a heaped tbsn mesquite, 2 tsp carob powder, 1 medjool date and a splash of your favourite mylk to help with blending (mine of course is #bonsoy). Topped with #hemp seeds and a shitload of my favourite spice #cinnamon! Yumminess…and utterly creamy!
