Post Run Clean Smoothie

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats, pre soaked
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I use the Vanilla flavor from Garden of Life)
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs (or 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • ½ cup organic nondairy milk
  • ¼ cup filtered water

Throw into the blender until smooth consistency, about 1 minute. Make sure to have a thick straw handy & savor this nutrient dense post run smoothie!
