The best breakfast juice I’ve had in ages! I know I keep saying that lol… it seems like I’m on an amazing juice/smoothie winning streak lately. 😍

Ingredients:

. 2 cups watermelon

. 1 cup frozen raspberries

. 2-3 Tbsp bottled lime juice

. 3 Tbsp ground almonds

. Water

How I like to finish my week 🌸 Strawberry nicecream bowl with coconut flakes and goji berries ❤️ I have a nice weekend planned, eating vegan pizza 🍕, seeing alll of my siblings, celebrating my Dad’s birthday and studying of course
Recipe :
3 frozen bananas 🍌
1 cup strawberries 🍓
Simply blend in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth and enjoy before it melts ⭐️

Another healthy breakfast juice this morning, this time apple and raspberry. I never used to use apples in smoothies/juices mainly because the texture was way too lumpy with my old blender, but with my new one it’s so good (even with the skin still on)!

Ingredients:

. 3 small apples

. 1 cup frozen raspberries

. 1-2 Tbsp bottled lime juice

. 2 cups water

. 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Spring is here so nicecream for breakfast is back on and I made this one super decadent with PEANUT BUTTER ❤️
3 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Dash of water
½ tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt if your peanut butter is unsalted

Make sure you have a high power blender or food processor with nice cream recipes or you’ll overheat the blender. Just combine all the ingredients and blend/process until smooth ✨ Top with more peanut butter, fresh fruit and coconut shreds

My new favourite breakfast thing - fresh homemade strawberry and orange juice with added lime. It’s so simple, refreshing and yummy. I’ve been having this a lot along with breakfast and tbh I think I could drink this every morning (if only strawberries were cheaper!).

Ingredients:

. 4-5 large strawberries

. 2 large oranges

. 2 Tbsp lime juice

. 1 Tbsp sugar

. 2 cups water

Happy Monday ✌️ Starting my week with a smoothie made of 1 teaspoon matcha, 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder, one large apple 🍎 and 2 bananas 🍌 and topped with all the good things ❣️(more banana, strawberry, kiwi flower, berries, goji berries and shredded coconut)

Creamy Coconut Overnight Oats

Makes 2 servings

½ cup quick oats
½ cup rolled oats
2 dashes of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 ¾ cup full fat coconut milk

1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. 
2. Separate into two jars and let soak overnight in the refrigerator. 
3. Serve cold, or warm in the microwave/in a pot on the stove.
