I Was Wondering - Jeff Atkins Imagine

Jeff Atkins x reader

Request: I would like to request an imagine where y/n is Tony’s best friend there very close but Jeff has a crush on y/n so one day in gym class Jeff talks to tony about y/n when y/n talks to Clay cause there good friends too . So tony gives good wording about Jeff then he leaves them alone in a group in gym class they bond and he walks her home spending time in his house and while they were talking somehow they ended up cuddling and he asks her out.

“You look ridiculous in those shorts”

“Shut up Tony, your smaller than me so you have no say so in my gym clothes.”

He puts his hands over his heart and fake cries “Ouch y/n, way to burst a mans ego”

I playfully push him as we walk into the gym. There are a few guys playing basketball and volleyball, girls walking around the gym talking, some girls practicing their cheer routine, and other people just sitting on the bleachers. That’s what me and Tony do until gym class start in 10 minutes.

“You’re still driving me home right?”

“Yeah, cause after I have to take it to the shop and it’s right by you.”

I roll my eyes, “You and that damn mustang” I laugh.

“You can never take a car to serious miss.”

“Yeah whatever auto boy”

“Don’t ever say that again please”

We both laugh and start talking about the game next week. As we are talking, Tony’s friend Jeff comes and sit down next to us.I don’t know much about him, but I know he’s close to Clay and Tony. I know he’s surprisingly not an ass like the other jocks.

“Hey what’s up Tony”. They do their ‘boy’ handshake and then he glances at me and smiles.

“Hey y/n” I looked at him surprised. I didn’t even know he knew me. We aren’t what you call, in the same ‘popularity range’ not that he seemed to care. As I looked at him I never realized how cute he was up close. That sounded kind of creepy.

“Hey Jeff” I smile.

“What are you guys up to?”

“Nothing we were just talking about the game next Friday”

“Oh, well thanks to Clay I can play” he smiles at me. I look away, not wanting him to see me obviously blushing at his look.

As soon as he said that, we heard a thud on the gym floor. We look and see Clay laying on the floor holding his head. Of course, leave it to Clay to get hit with a ball.

“Oh Jensen” I whisper. “I’ll be right back guys, I need to give Clay tips on catching the ball with his hands and not his head.”

As I bounce down the bleachers, I here the guys laughing at my statement. I jog to Clay and help him up.

“I fucking hate gym” he whispers.

“I’m sure gym hates you too” I laugh.

“It’s that obvious huh?”

“Very much so” I laugh.

“What are you guys talking about up there?”

I look back up to the bleachers and see Jeff quickly snap his head back towards Tony as they continue their conversation. He was looking at me. I smile to myself.

“Hello,earth to y/l/n”

“Sorry, just school stuff, come up and sit with us unless you want these balls to keep kicking your ass.”

He rolls his eyes, but starts walking towards the bleacher, knowing I’m right. When we get there Jeff is red and Tony is just staring at me. We all start talking and laughing. Jeff is in the middle of talking to Clay about his sad love life when Tony turns to me.

“Hey y/n um.. I’m not gonna be able to drive you home today.”

“What the hell Tony why? you know I don’t like walking alone”

“Well because, my buddy Jeff is gonna walk you home.”

When he said that, I saw Jeff staring at me, looking somewhat anxious for my reaction. I choose to react coolly although my girly insides were screaming.

“Oh come on y/n/n I honestly think Jeff is pretty good company. You’ll like him.”

I know there was more meaning behind what he said but I didn’t say anything. I look towards Jeff and a still oblivious Clay still rambling about Hannah and smile.

“Okay, yeah why not.”

Me and Jeff walk together in silence side by side while my hands are on my book bag and his in his front pocket. It’s so silent it’s almost laughable. I decide to break the silence, but so did he.

We laugh and he looks down at me.

“Sorry you first.” With his eyes still on me I continue.

“So did Tony really blow me off, or was it his lame excuse to get us to walk together?”

“I’m the guilty one. I wanted to get to know you and wanted us to be alone.”

I look away to hide my goofy smile and pull my hair behind my ear. I start to smell that dampy air and know rain is about to come.

“Well that’s honest of you.”

“Why thank you miss.”

He brings up the dance and ask if I was going with anyone. When I was about to say no, it started pouring down out of nowhere.

“Shit, its coming down hard!”

I use my sweater to cover my hair, but I can already feel myself getting soaked and my house is still about 6 blocks away.

“My house is right around the corner if you want to wait for it to settle down!” he yells over the rain. I think about it and its better than getting even more soaked.

“Ye-yeah okay!”

We jog to his house, and I sigh in relieve when we enter the warm house.

“My parents aren’t home if that’s okay.”

“Yeah that’s fine.” I stand there awkwardly, not knowing what to do. He noticed and spoke up.

“Um if you want, we can chill in the living room and watch tv until we dry off so I can continue walking you home.”

“Yeah sure.” I smile. We sit on the couch and Jeff gets a blanket for us to share and to warm up. He turns on Family Guy and we start laughing immediately. I didn’t even realize how close together we became after the second episode. I was leaning into his shoulder with his arm around me and our legs were tangled together on his coffee table. I didn’t know if he realized but I know one thing. I hope we stay like this. I snuggle closer into him and he looks at me.

“I have been wanting to ask you something” he seemed anxious again.

“So ask me.”

“Will you go out with me?”

I don’t even have to think to know my answer.

“Yes” I smile and Jeff breathes out the breath he was holding in and smiles with me.

“Thank god” and he pushes me in closer and smashes his lips on mine.

My “Everything but the Kitchen Sink” Face Mask

My face hates the winter. I’m one of those odd people that actually break out more when its cold. So, every so often I try different masks to pull out any toxins and hydrate my skin. Also, If you click on each photo you can see the steps/ what I was adding at that time.

To make my wicked concoction I used the following products:

- Aztec Healing Clay (2 Tbl Sp)

-Apple Cider Vinegar

-Yogurt (6 Tbl Sp)

-Honey (2 Tbl Sp)

-EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbl Sp)

-Coffee (4 Tbl Sp)

The above “measurements” are super rough. I honestly threw everything into a bowl until it reached a creamy consistency and looked a lot like melted cookies n cream ice cream.

-Aztec Healing Clay is an all natural calcium bentonite powder that creates a polarized charge on your face, lifting toxins out of the skin and replacing them with healing minerals. It works against pimples, acne scars, large pores… and that’s just for your face. This clay is $11 for 1lb on amazon :)

-Apple Cider Vinegar is a cure all for acne. According to google it removes dirt, oil, makeup, dead skin; contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E- AND MUCH MORE.

-Yogurt works as a hydrant in this mask. The healing clay by itself (with water) is very drying and flakes a lot. So, yogurt was used to give the mask a smoother texture. Also, yogurt naturally hydrates the skin and has anti-bacterial properties that will work to destroy pimples. I used some old yogurt that I found in the back of the fridge.

-Honey & EVOO have the same basic properties of yogurt. Honey locks in moisture and has anti-bacterial properties. While EVOO is a super moisturizer.

-Coffee reduces under eye inflammation and redness. It’s also an excellent exfoliating agent and brightens up your complexion!

-Apply this mask before you get in the shower so you will be able to soften the mask enough to gently massage it off with your fingertips. DO NOT use a face rag or your face will be sad and red like a tomato. Learn from my mistakes :)

-Test the product on your hand before applying, just in case you’re allergic to any of the ingredients!

***Someone (Elizabuns) pointed out that I should have used a plastic spoon to make this face mask, great point! Thanks Elizabuns!!***

Witch tip from a ceramics hobbyist

I’ve never made a spell jar myself, but I’ve seen quite a bit of discussion about safe, eco-friendly practices for burying spell jars in the ground and I have a tip.

Stone- or earthenware clay is what potters use in making ceramics. One of the nice things about clay is that it’s still biodegradable until you fire it, which means that it can be broken down and reused if you decide you don’t like your piece. You can recycle scraps left over from projects and you haven’t lost anything.

So a witch who’s looking to bury a spell jar without leaving glass or other invasive materials in the ground could make a pinch pot out of clay, fill it with whatever ingredients are desired for the spell, and bury it without fear or shame. Assuming the ingredients in the spell are biodegradable, then everything, including the clay jar, will simply degrade over time and return to the place whence it came. And besides, what better way to connect instantly with earth energies than using a jar made of something dug directly from the earth?

If you have a local pottery studio near you, you can sometimes purchase bags of reclaimed clay for MUCH cheaper than a new bag - at the studio where I make my ceramics, a bag of reclaim is $9 as opposed to $20.

(Also, please note that this only works with art clay. Do not use a polymer clay like Sculpey or Fimo!)

this is a product i’ve been using for a while, actually. (i picked it up from whole foods but it’s also available on amazon). i see so many rave reviews about this clay mask, but for me it doesn’t really do much other than make my skin baby soft. i will continue to experiment with how long i keep it on/how much vinegar i add/etc. to see if i can get better results. i currently mix a heaping spoonful with ~2 or 3 spoons of vinegar. i also highly recommend mixing it with apple cider vinegar instead of water, because it makes the paste very smooth (it smells pretty awful so beware!). for the price (~$8) and the quantity (1 lb!) this mask is a pretty good deal and does a fine of softening my skin. it just doesn’t affect my acne 😡 !! if you have tips for how to use this clay mask, please let me know!

How I Use My Indian Healing Clay

I use this mask about once a week, or whenever my skin needs a good, deep cleanse.

I mix this product up in a ziplock bag, because otherwise it makes a mess. I take about a tablespoon and a half of the powder, one tablespoon of raw Apple cider vinegar, and then I mix in about 3-4 tablespoons of water. You can make the vinegar and water equal parts, but I personally think that vinegar is just too harsh for my face, so I like to dilute it with water.

Once it turns into a paste, I put the mask on as a spot treatment, over any pimples or areas of skin where my pores feel clogged. I leave it on for 20-25 minutes.

When you’re taking this mask off, make sure to NOT do it over the sink, because you do not want this thick clay clogging your pipes.

I love this mask because as soon as I get a little pink bump on my skin, I put this over it and it brings the pimple to a head immediately.

Skincare Basics: Benefits of a Face Mask

You cleanse, you tone, you use a serum and an oil and you moisturise morning and night. Oh and lets not forget about how you use an eye cream, wear sunscreen every day and exfoliate weekly so surely you’ve got all bases covered  by now, right? Wrong. It’s time to add another item to your weekly agenda, and that’s a face mask.

For oily, congested skin try: Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask. For dry, sensitive skin try: *Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask. For all skin types, environmental damage and unbalanced skin try: Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask.

Neutral Staked Smoky Eye: Tartelette tutorial

Sorry for the wait! My computer’s been down half the week so I’ve only just started to clear the backlog of unedited photos and posts.

Here’s a quick sculpted smoky eye using nothing but neutrals, but I also added stacked liners, a metallic brown on top of a black. Steps are all above and products used are listed below!

  • Shu Uemura Hard Formula 9 Pencil in Grey
  • Tarte Tartelette palette
  • Marc Jacobs Magic Marc’er Precision Pen
  • Tarte Clay Pot Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner in Bronze
  • Benefit They’re Real Mascara in Black

If you want a softer look, all you need to do is substitute shades 2, 3, and 4 with lighter colors.

P.S. For those who asked, you can absolutely use this palette for school and work. Just use softer shades and stick with only one darker color along the lashes. (Or just wear stacked liner and keep your lids clean with a single skin-toned eyeshadow from any brand!)

Klonoa Chronicles - Part 5

Hideo Yoshizawa, as promised, is going to tweet stories about when he was developing Klonoa games every Saturday in August. As much as I’d love to give a more accurate translation, I simply cannot. So for now a google translation is provided with the original Japanese. What is here shouldn’t be too hard to understand but again, I apologize.

クロノアクロニクル第5回! 「スプリガン」の企画は中止になりましたが、すでにできていたカメラシステムを使ってオリジナルのアクションゲームを創ることになったのでした。

Klonoa Chronicles part 5! Although “Spriggan” planning was canceled, it was decided to create an original action game using the camera system that was already done.

そこでチェーンアクションはそのままに、主人公を変えることになりました。 と言うと、いよいよクロノアか! と思われたかと思いますが、残念ながらまだクロノアは登場しません。

So we decided to change the main character as it is with the chain action. When saying, it is finally Klonoa! I think that it was thought, but unfortunately Klonoa does not appear yet.

The illustration drawn by the designer was a character whose breath was inspired by dolls made of soil like clay. So, the clay at the tip of a certain cape came to a story that it started moving one day and traveling to the adventure to regain its original body. Like “Dororo”. (Character that was adopted on the left)

Note: Dororo is a 1960s manga by Osamu Tezuka.

When the camera work and the advent of the enemy were tabulated and allowed to control the data, it became possible to create various scenes on the planning side. It’s fun as if you were filming a movie. I got an idea so that I could compete with the planned K-kun and a sample was made.

I was thinking a lot of ideas of actions that emphasized the visual effect, such as the action of the cliff as in the previous article and the chase action at the motor boat that runs while sewing in the canal of Venice.

There was an in-department presentation day one day and also presented the prototype of our team. As you go through the stereoscopic map, the camera gathers around, changes dynamically as it fuzzing and looking down. Until the camera is fixed and the enemies appear “wara wara” (onomatopoeia for chatter), and they are lifted when they are knocked down. But this was actually a substitute for which the timing does not match if it does not play well for a presentation

The next day the section chief came to my seat with the sales department people and suddenly showed prototypes there. Then people in the sales department said "This can not be expected”, it was very popular. I started thinking a bit after watching it. I wonder if this is fine as it is. To be continued.

How to Soften Polymer Clay ● Back to Basics

With Vaseline! I used this on my old old clay and it worked amazing. (Poking @crassussativum cuz might be interesting.)

elreki-deactivated20170817  asked:

Do you have some tips on sculpting? I love the ones you've made!

Well! I’ve never been officially taught, my grandfather on my dad’s side was a professional sculptor so I just sort of picked it up from watching him growing up.

I tend to only use natural clay, because I like the texture and how it works the best. So for that type of clay:

★ I have found that working with blocks of clay is best for me. I tend to cut away negative space, as opposed to shaping the clay.

★ I do not recommend shaping and smooshing around natural clay because it tends to allow air into it, compromising the dry finished product and making it more brittle.

★ Re-hydrating tends to result in brittle, cracked, pieces so I suggest always working on a piece in one sitting, or sealing it in saran wrap covered in damp paper towels before it’s dried if you want to revisit. But definitely don’t do this if it has already dried.

★ The only tool i use is an x-acto knife, and i suggest the #11 z-blade made with a zirconium nitride coating. The regular blade works but the tip breaks off pretty quickly from the clay.

★ The last tip souns a little silly, but my pieces often show themselves to me. So I tend to meditate on the cut of clay in my hand until I start to see the piece inside. I don’t know how to make that not sound ridiculous>.<

I hope this was moderately helpful!

I need cosplay advice!!

So I am needing to throw together a Trisha Elric cosplay in a pretty short amount of time and I really wanna make it look authentic. I have her outfit but I want to try and make the figures Ed and Al give her as children shown here:

The metalic look should be easy enough because there’s spraypaint for that but…actually MAKING the figures is gonna be the trick.

Maybe clay?

Any tips or ideas?
